This light is a little pricier option, but I really like the ability to select the proper lighting temperature. It has great light dispersion with no hard cut-off line unlike other led workshop fixtures I've tried. Do note that it doesn't come with a standard 3 prong plug, but it's easy enough to connect one. The only complaints I have are that it's not instant on and the temperature adjustment is not easy to access (it's a set it and forget it kind of selecter) but overall it's good enough for me to have purchased a second one.

*) This light is BRIGHT! If you're replacing a 4' two bulb fluorescent, this light undimmed will be too bright!*) This light IS dimmable! It just doesn't use a regular dimmer that goes on the 110v power feed, it uses a low voltage 0-10v dimmer that hooks to the two capped wires on the LED driver.*) You have to remove an end cap to slide the diffuser out to get to the mounting and wiring. How to remove the end cap isn't obvious and isn't well covered in the instructions. There are two tabs that stick up from the top of the light that catch on a lip in the plastic end cap. You have to push down on the metal to move the tab down so the end cap can slide past the tab (there are two squares in the plastic where the tabs are, so where to push is obvious once you know how it works). Easy to do when it's not mounted, not so easy once you mount it as the top of the fixture is against the ceiling! I used a pair of pliers to bend those tabs down to a point where they still caught on the lip, but were easily pulled off (I just did one end). The plastic end cap sticks up above the fixture, so it will be trapped when you tighten the mounting screws - test as you tighten them and leave them just loose enough you can pull the end cap off.*) This light only has a provision for feeding from the top in the middle, if you need to feed from the top on an end you'll need to use a step drill or use a knock out punch to make a hole to feed the wires through.*) One reviewer said these lights aren't instant on...they're wrong, ours is.It's only been up a day, so I can't speak to long term performance - I'll update in the future.

The LED driver in these fixtures are no good. Didn't last 8 months.

An electrician installed my light and he tried two different dimmer switches and it will not work with either one. The light is very bright.

We replaced an old fluorescent ballest style light with this LED light in our laundry room. Love it! It’s sleeker looking and a little brighter! Fairly easy to install. I’d buy again!

The switch for the color selection isn't very accessible so make sure you pick the color you want before getting it installed especially if you are doing more than 2 next to each other.

I have this install in the garage. The place is super bright now. It is fair easy to install. What I really like about this light is the brightness, now I have a much easier time finding things in the garage.

I added this to my storage shed and it provides plenty of light.
