Tuve que devolver el producto
No servía el producto, prendía pero no se escuchaba de una de las bocinas, y cuando le subias volumen y apenas se empezaba a escuchar luego se iba el sonido.Para mi, no se arriesguen en comprarle a esta persona.

Good Value
The product exceeded my expectations. The sound is remarkable. I have listed to a range of music, all classical, from solo piano and violin, orchestral from various periods, including historical recordings from up to 80 years ago. For the size of the unit, it produces a wonderful sound. It can't be compared to a full-scale stereo system, but that is not what I bought it for. It is lightweight and every feature that I've used works well. The only curiosity is that all the documentation was in either Spanish or Portuguese but I was able to figure out what I needed to play CDs, which is the main reason I bought it. It does not have bass or treble adjustments, but plays CDs well without them. There is no earphone jack, or remote control, which is not remarkable considering the very good price. All in all, exactly what I wanted and a lower price than expected.

Don't waste your money on Philips portable HiFi - JUNK
Hello, In addition to what I wrote in my "why I'm returning this", please add that all paperwork came in non-English. Nothing was in English. I think one is Spanish but I don't recognize any of the others. The outer box had a hole in the side and was partially split open where it had been ?kicked or something. The direct cover box had been taped and re-taped and marked on and it looked like a recycled box for the equipment. The CD player had no protection inside (usually you remove something from over the cd reader inside the cabinet and there was none). When you play anything it "clicks" annoyingly as it goes around. Players that cost 64.99 do not do that. There was no apparent quality control on that player nor on the packing/fulfillment side. Philips has really deteriorated. I'm going to find something sturdy and getting it back to you. Thank you for your assistance. I'm upset and I'm glad you are making it right, K

not enough audio input and output jacks
This is great little stereo. It has nice rich sound. The instructions are printed in several languages, but not in English, but the unit itself is pretty easy to figure out.I like the direct USB. The stereo has the ability to choose whole albums or individual songs. There is one small outlet for a standard jack to plug in an MP3 player.VThis is my only complaint about the unit -- there should be additional jack outlets/inlets to connect the unit to external speakers and to feed other audio sources into the unit. For example, I always have my TV and DVD player fed into my old stereo for better sound than my TV's speaker. I had dig through my box of wires to find an adapter to feed the audio from the TV and DVD player into this unit. And to play the CD or USB, I have to unplug that wire from the unit. All in all, though, I am happy with this unit.

Ok for what it is.
The sound is ok. I bought this for an elderly parent to play his CDs. It’s ok but not as easy to use as I expectedCons. Small buttons. I know they think it makes it look classier, but not very usable. Lettering is a little too subtle. Features are pretty basic considering its 2019 and the electronics are cheap these days.Pros. It works consistently and the construction of it seems solid.
