A fantastic little book of affirmations and other self-help techniques.
As someone well into their senior years with I have always had an unending curiosity. My search has taken me to the far reaches of the cosmos to the delights of searching for the secrets of life and other dimensions. I have had the pleasure to have read (and wrote reviews on thousands) of books over the last 7 decades. The self-improvement field has always been one of my favorite topics to research.This is why when I saw this incredible 114-page soft cover book (333 affirmations to build iron self-esteem and self-confidence like a lion, with 6 relaxing guided meditations, and 3 hypnosis sessions to improve your personal development and better life) on Amazon I had to purchase it. As everyone knows the book market is loaded with thousands of various kinds of self-improvement type books. I admit to having read many of them in the past. What makes this small, short volume so unique in my opinion, is that it does not waste a lot of time explaining needless boring details like so many self-improvement books have in order to fill the pages.This small volume, which does not list an author, gets right to the point of how to use the positive affirmations, meditations, and self-hypnosis techniques to improve your self-esteem and confidence. This is the kind of self-improvement volume you will want to keep as a reference source. If you are seeking a simple to use, easy to follow and effective self-improvement manual you should definitely check out this one.Rating: 5 Stars. Joseph J. Best Book I Have Read On Affirmations
This book is simple to follow. The back-end of the book deals with meditative practices while in an affirmative mind.

Has variety of methods you can use to enhance your power in affirmations. Good book. Would recommend reading for anyone.
