this book has alot of information and advice for the newbie. he focuses more on flipping. he has years of experience and the book sets forth the information in an easy to understand manner.

I borrowed this from the library and I had so many side note tags that I decided to buy my own copy. A very readable useful book.

Good book, to much too soon. Need to take time to digest the steps but great book.

Very basic. This book gives a good overview for somebody who is brand new to real estate. If you have already read books on real estate and/or have done some investing, this book may not do much for you.

This was an excellent book and a great resource. I am not sure why it has not gotten better reviews. I am new to the real estate investing world, and the idea of foreclosures has me interested. This book was the perfect guide for an introduction to foreclosures and everything involved in them. It does not necessarily have advanced strategy, tax implications, etc, however it is a great primer and everything you need to get started in foreclosures. Thanks!

This book contains accurate content and if serves as a smart guide for newer investors. Great book lots of good info.

Informative, but long winded.

THIS BOOK IS GREAT! It reminds me of a non-ISBN book that Jeff Adams was giving away two or so years ago, but this one goes more into detail.Having had the opportunity to review Jeff Adams former Foreclosure Profit Systems kit and his present REO Riches kit--I must say that this +/-250 page book is the condense version of both kits.I don't know if that's a good thing for Jeff--as ownership of this book may sway some people away from purchasing and/or trying his present +/-$900 REO Riches kit.I Highly Recommend this book to Newbies interested in learning the foundation (no pun-intended) of the REO/Foreclosure / Auction(s) / Wholesaling / Wholetailing / Retailing-Rehabing / Portfolioing process.The Content of this book + Attending Jeff's Live Academy + Implementation = Can Equal Financial Success.$15 bucks------You will learn at least 1 new thing/process------you can't go wrong!
