Super sturdy and just as described
The big "sign" is a heavier fabric and very durable. The things that came with it very worth the value. Dozens of balloons in black, gold and white all with 21 decor on them. Springy things hang down some with 21 on them. Perfect for any normal sized gathering!

Not happy at all
Not happy. I couldn’t even use the balloons. They smelled toxic, like ferrmalohyde or some chemical substance. I couldn’t blow them up for fear of getting sick.
