Overall this pop up tent is pretty good. We are vendors and used it to set up for an event. The tent material is very nice, not too heavy but not too thin. The frame could definitely be a little more heavy duty. It feels as if it would bend easily, so we were very careful setting up. The tent seemed to be pretty sturdy after set up. It comes with small stakes and strings for security, which worked well, as it was quite breezy that day. I will review again after more use. I did order weights for the legs, because the stakes won’t do any good, if you’re on rocks or concrete. Update: our second time using this tent, another breezy day and the frame broke in 2 places. The tent collapsed and the back wall caught on one of the broken poles and ripped. I did contact company and they sent a replacement, rather quickly. The tent would do great on very calm days, little to no breeze. Their customer service was very quick to respond and resolve the problem.

Although it seemed easy to assemble, as soon as we put it up, the metal bent and broke the entire tent. We returned this, on OUR dime as they didn't pay for the return label. It was $127 to return this but we did it so we weren't out the entire cash spent. We followed their requirement to apply the authorization code to the box. It has now been over a month with ZERO return amount. No response from the manufacturer after we sent an email. The materials used on this are cheap and frail. NOT quality and definitely would not last wind of any kind. Wish the company would do the right thing and initiate our refund. : /

I purchased from Amazon. When I opened the box two pieces were broken I contacted Quictent and they immediately replaced my broken parts. One of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with.

I bought a previous Quiktent, an 8 x 8. It held up really well even with my dogs constantly running into the velcro mosquito netting. It went through some pretty harsh winds during Thanksgiving - 70 MPH gusts. Because it was tucked under a tree, it really couldn't move. It was waterproof and went through the really crazy rains in Los Angeles with no leaks. So, I wanted a larger tent. I bought the 10 x 15. Loved it. It also didn't leak but it was not happy with any wind. We even staked this one down. We would lower it in windy weather but then 3 weeks ago had gusts over 80 MPH. We took it down. Given how it was not happy with wind it has been down for 3 weeks. Very lucky it hasn't rained as I use it as my outdoor office. I understand that the winds I am identifying are very strong and no pop up is meant to be out in that kind of weather. I had hopes. Quictent makes some nice tents, I've had to upgrade to an industrial strength tent so that I don't need to pull it down in mild to moderate wind. It's so wonderful to work outside and we had fabric waterproof curtains for the sides. Looked really nice. I am keeping my 10 x 15 Quictent though for other uses. It's a really nice size and it did work well outside of wind.

This is an update to a prior review for this product. After multiple contacts with the company, they did work with me on the tent. Yes, it was very frustrating to go through the hassle and even having to do the process in the first place regarding the tent. However, the company rep Blair was very nice; and Doria worked some magic behind the scenes to help us with the tent. Kudos for those employees and their efforts to help customers!Regarding the tent, it looks very good when it is raised for use. Family and friends commented on its looks. The neutral color is elegant. We like the high ceiling for the open feeling it creates.The tent is not as easy to take down as others we have had and does not hold up well to showers. Warranty does not cover tent damage due to elements. Check the weather before you use it. Rain does not flow off the tent and will pool very quickly. That weight causes the tent to collapse.Side walls and window walls have a decent material. It is not transparent. We like that aspect for the privacy it will provide. Be mindful of the Velcro straps for the material on the frame. Some could be a little short in length and can break - especially around the weight bags - if you are not mindful to what you are doing with setup.Overall, for the money you pay for this size tent, I rate it as average.

Bought this for a job I had, had to paint a couple awnings for a customer but had no where to paint them and not get paint everywhere, so I decided to put a 20×15 tarp down on the pavement and installed this on top of the tarp and made my own little portable pop up paint shop. BEST DECISION IVE MADE IN A LONG TIME! WORKED OUT PERFECT. very easy to install could install it by yourself with some effort but should have 2 ppl to make it a lot easier and quicker. My wife and I assembled this in "Minutes". Material is decent quality,only thing I see being an issue are the Velcro straps to hold the side walls on other then that this is well worth the money!

We were looking for a popup tent to use to display our Christmas nativity scene as well as other events. This is a very nice unit, great size and pretty lightweight. The frame is very easy to use, open, expand and the close as easy. Like the window flaps as well.The material is pretty lightweight compared with some other popups we've had. Ours had some "thin" skin spots and when I reviewed with the seller, they quickly replaced it, as well as the carrying case that had a wheel damaged in transit.I expect no issues with this unit going forward. The customer service is EXCELLENT. In these times when it seems no one responds or takes forever, this company sets the standard for exemplary service.Definitely will buy from them again.
