This is exactly what I need. It contains fittings for both my Pittsburg manifold gauges and my Yellow Jacket gauges.

I purchased these as my only can taps were the puncture type and the cans now are the self-sealing type with a built in valve.As the cans have a valve, depressing the valve by turning the knob on the tap is the way to open the valve. However, doing this with the Lu-Hawk resulted in no flow of refrigerant out of the can.I got another can of R134 and used my old puncture-type can tap and gently find the sweet spot where the puncture tap would depress the valve in the can and refrigerant would slowly flow out of the can.After that, I returned to the first can since the Lu-Hawk tap was still screwed onto the can. I turned the knob back a bit and then refrigerant flowed (very slowly) out of the can. There was barely enough pressure to purge the charge line to the manifold.....I had to give it time to build up enough pressure in the line!So they did kind of barely worked for me.....but not as they should have.
