First off the chair arrived in half the time it stated for shipping - which I was happy about. Once assembled (easy), I could tell right away that this chair was far more comfortable than my previous one. The seat foam is soft but still supportive. The back gives goo lumbar support. The entire thing feels sturdy enough even when I lean back. I'm 240 lbs, BTW. Finally, I almost didn't purchase this because of all the reviews that said it "leans forward" or "pitches forward" negative reviews. However, a couple of the pictures in these reviews clearly shows that they have installed the seat backwards on the hardware. Don't let those deter you from this purchase. The pictures in the instructions clearly show they tensioner toward the front of the seat and the adjustment lever on the right side. Those with complaints about the seat "leaning forward" have it on backwards (with the tensioner in the back and the lever to the left).

Not only do I love the color but I love how comfortable it is and it's big enough for my husband as well. It was so easy to put together and it was perfectly in my room right to most of my work. The only thing that I may not like is that I have wood floors and the seat has wheeled legs. It's really hard to stay still and so I'm looking for a little area rug that I could put there. Other than that it's perfect.

Well I was very pleased with how easily the chair was to assemble and like the look of it, but once put together, the seat pitches forward and there is no way to level it. Very uncomfortable and the chair can’t be used like this so now I get to take it apart, rebox it and ship it back, oh joy.Spend more money and buy something decent. And after all this the seller expects me to pay for return shipping on a defective chair!

I really like this chair. I needed something inexpensive for my home office, and this fit the bill. It was fairly easy to put together by myself (they say to have 2 people assemble it, and that would have made it even easier, but I managed!) and it's comfortable enough to sit in for my work day. Would recommend this product if you're on a budget and need an office chair!

When I built this chair it was easy enough but when I actually sat in it, it leans so incredibly far forward and there isn’t a way to fix it. After hearing how much of a hassle it is to return I don’t even think it’s worth trying. This is definitely not what I expected :( (update: I tried suffering threw for a bit and now had started getting elbow pain and a numbness in my pinky and ring finger please don’t get this chair)

Excellent chair: Lovely color, Easy to assemble, & Comfortable. I could use a little more back support/cushion but that’s my personal preference. The chair is fine so far.

It arrived on time and was easy to assemble. Comfortable and I love the color. A very nice chair.
