Works with Mikro Tik
Plug and play. It works with my Mikro Tik CRS305. It does also convert to 1gig as well without problems. It does run a little hot, but most of my modules I have seem to get hot after an hour of use.

Didn't get true 2.5Gb
Attempted to use in a Netgear M4200 switch. Connected my computer to it and only got about 850Mbps down, but I did get about 2300Mbps up. So close to being good.

Works great on Unifi
Took the leap to see if these would work with UniFi gear, and can confirm it works perfectly fine and as intended on Ubiquiti UniFi gear. Currently running both on a USW Aggregation switch, no heat issues from the adapters. Only thing you are unable to view via the UniFi OS console (which is not critical) is the voltage, temp, etc when you click on the port info within the switch. Not an issue at all. Really enjoy having inexpensive sfp to rj45 modules. Will Be buying a bunch more

When cheap SFP+'s from eBay fail you, this is your goto for solving the problem!
I got tired of a slow gigabit network and decided a nice 10x on the network speed capacity would be great for big file transfers to my NAS. I'm a cheap SOB so I scoured eBay and picked up some cheap transceivers, an old cheap Aruba 3500 switch, and some Mellanox x-2 cards. I ran my fiber, installed the SFP+s I got off eBay for $6 shipped each, was happy to see link lights but then my PC could never pickup an IP from my DHCP server. My desktop showed that I was connected to an unknown network. Hrm. So off to Amazon I went and I found these guys. Yes they are almost 3x the price I paid for the cheap eBay ones but right off the bat I got link lights, my PC picked up an IP and the file transfer I had going on my 1 gigabit connection jumped up by 40MB/s after I disabled the onboard NIC. w00t! Lesson learned, what is cheap does not always work but these puppies are a value for a new transceiver that works right out of the box!

Seemed to work with my UDM Pro buuuut ....
I started having mysterious ISP disconnects 1-2x a day for a blip of a second. Other than that my speeds and latency were as expected. I never would've thought it was THIS module but on a whim I replaced it just to see and the new module from another vendor did not have this issue at all.
