There's a good variety of seeds. I'm a bit surprised though. I'd gotten veggie seeds previously from this company and everything arrived perfect. I bought these because of how impressed I was with the quality and their detail oriented packaging of their veggie seeds. These arrived as expected, but once I opened the main bag, I found mismatched packets. Some are heirloom seeds, 2 packs don't say if they are or not, and some have labels over top the original designed packets. I just hope they work as well. I just got them planted in my hydroponic systems, so we'll see how they do. I like the number of seeds you receive, the standard packets that show what it'll look like, and the little row markers are perfect for reminding you what is planted and where. I'll update my review once they start growing.

Starting a garden

Planted these 2 weeks ago and they are growing great. The only ones that haven't sprouted yet are the peppermint, mint, lavender and the chives. Only complaint is it didn't come with any instructions. Will definitely be buying again.

The seeds were used in a very small hydroponic system. They started sprouting within seven days. Note, my plants are not voluptuous, but they are growing. However, I used a few seeds in small indoor planting pots. Sadly, those planted in soil: thyme and tarragon; did not properly germinate. Yet the basil did well in soil as well as in the hydroponic system. Again, however, the growth for all of my seeds are dwarfed, and I don’t have a clue why. Sorry. But they are pretty!

The overall package arrived unopened, but there were three different types of seed envelopes within which seemed questionable. See photo.There were no instructions included and the website was not easy to navigate, so I ended up just googling everything.It's been several weeks and everything germinated except for the lavendar, peppermint and spearmint. I will wait a few more weeks for the lavendar but I worry the mints may be duds.Other than that, I am pretty happy. Will have to wait till they are adult plants to see how they taste.

I've only planted four of the 15 so far: basil, chives, oregano, and thyme. From the results, the germination rate seems high, at least for these four. I'm pretty sure every single basil and thyme seed sprouted, and I will need to thin these out soon in larger pots so they'll have room to grow. This is 3.5 weeks after planting, grown in Jiffy seed starting mix.
