Fits like a glove
Reading some of the reviews on these replacement starters I was expecting the worse installing this. Taking the old starter off I had to keep moving it in different positions to find the spot it came out. Putting this new starter in I just inserted it the same as the old one came out. This seems to be the point others have had issues. The new starter just slipped right in ! It took me 30 minutes start to finish because I cleaned everything well. As far as unbolt and bolt on I could have done it in 10 minutes. Starter works as a starter should. And with a one year warranty you can't beat the deal. I installed this on my 2006 Suzuki Eiger LTA400 F

Was a snap to install, works great
Was a bit concerned that a few reviews complained about it being larger than the OEM starter, but it was super quick and easy to install in my 2004 Eiger 400. Works great. A no-brainer replacement. Dealer wanted over $300 for the OEM replacement part

Fits easily and spins engine fast
Some reviews said that the starter was larger than the original. I'm calling bull on that. It's the same size and spins the engine faster than the original. Very pleased.

Good replacement starter.
Starter worked like a new one. Time willTell if it holds up. I will let come back and update if it fails to last.

Sounded horrible
Fit my Suzuki Eiger fine but sounded like engine was coming apart when tried to start it. Had my factory started rebuilt and it started like it was new again. If you can stand the noise of it it will probably work for a little while.

Replaced OE starter on 2003 Suzuki Eiger LT-A400/F
Removed the old starter through opening above exhaust heat shield and the carburetor. The new one fit into the same opening. Overall, a pretty quick job other than damaging the terminal lug on the hot wire to the starter when removing the original starter. Time will tell if the new starter will last as long as the original equipment.

Worked great for 04 Suzuki Eiger 400
Worked perfect for my 2004 Suzuki Eiger 400 4x4. Was really easy to install and wasn’t over sized. Seems to be well made and high quality. Started my quad right up after install.

Working good
Starter went on without any fitment issues. Took me 20min tops to install and fired rite up. I will update again as far as longevity of starter. Good price compared to stock one.

Very Poor Product
We bought this and received it just fine and installed it but have had it on for maybe two weeks and its starting not to work already. Is this company going to stand behind its product and do something about it? We cannot be without our quad we use it daily on our farm, now because of this we will be without it, not very happy! UPDATE we returned the one that was not working and then were told we returned a older model starter and then this company charged and removed money out of our account before talking to us! FYI we have the original started we bought 5 years ago and its the same model as the new one that didn't work and the newest one (that we were charged twice for now) that we currently have! Plus when complaining about it we were sent out a form email, they said they have no live customer service reps to help us, and no way to get the starter back that supposedly was an older one?? Why is that?? So as a result of this and I'm sure it will get erased would not recommend this, will be paying twice for this item when it doesn't work!!!! Beyond mad and frustrated as apparently this company does not care at all about customer service.

Direct fit. Excellent quality. You can do it yourself.
Worked perfectly for our 2002 Suzuki Eiger 400 4x4 auto transmission.Much heavier and better built than the replacement unit put on by a local so called Suzuki repair dealer in our town.Do yourself a favour and do it yourself, save hundreds of dollars, and get a better aftermarket starter by buying this one. It’s incredibly easy to replace.

Works just fine
plug and play without a problem, my second one of these in 5 years, the last one worked great but my starter button shorted out when I forgot the key on and burnt it out. Had 3000km and countless starts on my first one so I had no problems ordering another when it failed due to my own stupidity. People worried about longevity shouldn't worry too much. Factory replacement is $350 where I am located, lasted me 4000 miles before it gave up, DB Electric was $80 shipped, lasted me 3000 miles before it got stuck on for what I can assume was about an hour (Battery was dead, solenoid was clicking, starter smelled like burnt trash when I took it off) and had it not been overheated till it seized I'm sure it would have kept working fine for another 1000 miles or so without trouble.

Worked perfectly
Ordered this to replace the factory starter on my 2007 Arctic Cat 400 auto 4x4 4 wheeler. bolted it into place, hooked up the negative and positive connections, turned the key, pushed the start button and the machine fired right up. have been using it for the past couple of days. Amazon said the delivery would be between the 21-23 Sept and it showed up on the 14th. I am a happy guy!

Worked on 2014 Suzuki 400
Needed to grind just a bit off the lobe on bolt hole to be able to fit but other than that easy install
