Ordered this unit 7/16/24. Received a small box on 7/30/24 from seller. It contained the sync 3 touch screen, cables, etc. And a small note with a phone number to call for an eta on the bezel (which is a BIG part of this package). By the way,multiple calls- never answered, and voicemail box full and can never leave a message. It is 8/29/24 and I have still not received the bezel from the seller. I have since purchased one elsewhere because I can't install unit without the bezel. Installed the unit successfully (with bezel purchased elsewhere), only to find this unit does not have factory navigation as stated in listing. Very angry....$1500 for little to no communication, failure to send all parts (no bezel, no trim tools, no instructions, and no navigation), all of which are supposed to be included with purchase according to listing. Since Stance Tuning has failed on every level, I asked Amazon to step in......Amazon refunded my purchase, and still nothing from Stance Tuning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Stance Tuning.

This SYNC 1 to SYNC 3 upgrade kit for Ford F150 is really easy to install that anyone can install it. After purchase, the seller needs the VIN you provide for pre-programming, be sure to pay attention to the information the seller sends you. Once you receive the goods, you can follow the installation instructions provided by the seller. Remember screw positions when removing old kits to avoid confusion during installation. It only took me about 50 minutes to install the kit and the overall experience was good. I couldn't believe how well I did it myself. The new kit retains all the features of the old kit and adds voice-activated navigation and a new map version, NA220. I'm pleased with the new feature.

I used this to upgrade my Ford and now sitting in it gives me the feeling that I got a new car! Imagine how incredible it is when the small screen suddenly becomes a big touchable screen with carplay support, it's a great upgrade!
