In writing this review, you have to decide "Am I reviewing this keyboard and mouse combination against the best I've ever used? Or am I reviewing against the reasonable expectations considering the low price that this package is sold for?" I'm choosing the second approach.The keyboard is a fine, slightly loud ("clicky") keys. The feel of the switches is moderately firm and they have a clear trigger point. In Bluetooth mode, you can connect it to three different devices and toggle the keyboard between them. It worked nicely with my iPad mini 4 and my 2019 Macbook Pro. It says it needs Bluetooth 5, so it might not work with some older devices, but worked smoothly with those two for me.The mouse is a wired mouse and looks a lot like another popular gaming mouse. This one works well, but is not the same level of quality as that other popular mouse that this one looks like. In particular, this one has a ridge or sharp seam near the back of the mouse (aligned with the pad of your palm). It's not uncomfortable in usage, but in handling the mouse on your desk or running your fingers over it, it's clearly not as polished and "perfect" as that other gaming mouse. It works fine, though.I took off a star because the product listing shows a screenshot of the mouse configuration utility, and the claim of programmable buttons and customizable driver, but there is no link or information in the package or in the product listing. I emailed the seller asking for this information and got nothing in response.Through enough Googling, I eventually found that the (free) Ziyoulang m1 configuration software can be used (on a Windows PC only) to configure the mouse buttons, dpi/speed settings, etc. I downloaded that and was able to make settings changes on the mouse just fine. Still, I have to take a star off for making that amount of research necessary to do everything the product pages say the product can do. Hope that helps save you some time.In terms of the overall package, it's a great value on a good keyboard and mouse. This entire package costs less than that competing gaming mouse, so you really have to give these guys some credit for putting together a compelling value, even if the product isn't top-of-the-line, it's a good buy I think.

First off, the backlight is not changeable. The colors you see in the pictures are the colors they will stay. There are some lighting effects where one part will turn on/off in a pattern, but this is not your standard aRGB backlit keyboard.Also, the "blue" switches it mentions are not Cherry MX. They also do not feel like Cherry MX. They have a lot less activation weight (feel lighter) with a lot less noticeable click.Now, considering the price, it might not be too bad of an option if that's all you have budgeted for a keyboard and mouse. However, if you are able to hold out a little longer and save up (or if you have a bigger budget to begin with) then I would suggest another keyboard. There are a lot of smaller mechanical keyboards out there and this one is far from my favorite.

I got this for my 10 year old who is an avid gamer. He liked my mechanical keyboard so we got his own. Fairly light key action, some clicking but not excessive. Compact form factor so it'll fit on a small desk.
