They must be writing about a different cap, ‘cuz the one I got- ample size and impressive material gauge and strength.While I’ve been, from time to time, told I am “swell-headed”- I’d say in actuality there’s a basic normal adult cranium up there, in size at least. I am a woman with an extremely large head! I no longer shop for hats with my friends, because none of the ladies hats fit on my big head. A normal swim cap was rolling right off of my head, but this whale is fantastic. Snug but comfortable and hold my thick mound of hair as well.

Finally found the right swim cap for my big head. No more stretching and hair-pulling. Goes on smoothly and fits snugly. I'll be ordering again.

I had chemo & always take a large hat. This is not large except for the room at the top for long hair. Well, when you don’t have hair that’s useless! So it’s like any other competitive swimming cap…..very tight & hard to get on. Disappointing.

I have long hair and tie it into a pony tail, then flip it over my head and put the cap on. It first no problem with room to spare. This cap also covers my ears. It does not slip around on my head either, yay.

I have purchased three swim caps before and torn them all trying to get them on. This cap goes on easily and stays on. If you have a large head, this is the cap for you.
