Looks very clean and cool. Has the wood look as expected, but is still black instead of just a dark brown. I’ve had mine for about 3 weeks and haven’t had a single issue.

I bought this for my younger daughter's iPhone 7. It fits perfectly however, the design on back is not pronounced at the top as it is on the bottom. On the sample picture of the product the design is pronounce everywhere. At the top of my daughter's case, it looks like is was sanded more flat then the rest of all of the back. Returning this.

Loved the design but didn’t protect my phone at all. My screen cracked with the screen protector the first time I dropped it.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend who is obsessed with everything Aztec. He absolutely loves it and thinks it is the best case he has ever had. The detail is amazing!

The best thing about this case is the nice, black box it came in. But that only emphasized how cheap and plastic the phone case looks. I don’t know how they made it look wood in the photos in the description. And maybe it is the black color that looks the least natural. I got the Mayan totem design in black. The "real wood engraving" does not look or feel like wood. ("Mold" is more believable than "engraving.") There is no grain, no subtle color variation. It looks more like a shiny, plastic thing you’d get out of a gumball machine. When they say it’s "real wood" is that because it contains rubber from a rubber tree? It’s definitely not bamboo or cherry or any other kind of wood from a tree that grows in the natural world.Aesthetics aside, this is a thin case that hugs my iPhone SE 2020 tightly but has all the right holes in all the right places. It is so thin, I’m not sure how much protection it offers. But it is definitely low profile. Did I mention it comes in a nice box?Full disclosure: I also bought a different case from YFWOOD that came in a nice box. This one looks like it is made of wood veneer in three different stains. That case doesn’t feel plastic (but it feels rubber more than wood), and it looks like the read deal. I’m not sure if the plastic-looking Mayan case is from a different manufacturer and being sold by YFWOOD, or it some designs from YFWOOD are just more convincing than others. My advice: don’t order the Mayan design in black, don't expect to get "real wood" that feels anything like natural wood, and don’t drop your phone!

The case is good but if you're those type of people that drops your phone daily, this isn't recommended at all. The case seems like it will crack open.
