Fragile clips
Only lasted a few months before the clips broke off. If you plan on using your truck bed, this is not the replacement cover you want. After a couple clips break off it’s game over. Every time you want to use the step assist it will fall off. Was transporting a ladder with the tailgate down and it fell off somewhere while driving.

Fits my 2019 Platinum well
Fits well and easy to install. That said, I'm not sure on durability. The tabs aren't super tight, so I could see it coming off if something dragged over the tailgate.

Fits but isn’t very durable.
Yes, it is compatible. Yes, it is similar to the Ford item. It initially clipped in, but not very securely. I’ve spent months whacking it back down every time I’ve used the tailgate. All but one of the plastic clips have broken off. I tried double side tape but doesn’t hold. I’ll be ordering a different replacement.The Ford design isn’t great, it all depends on plastic clips. This all requires better quality plastic.
