Lots of small pieces. Holds lots of weight.
There were a lot of screws that use hex heads. It came with two different hex head drivers. There were bolts too. As I put it together I thought I was going to break it just by how fragile it seems. However, I got it put together in about 25 minutes, and loaded it up with my plants and trays. It's got 4 catnip plants and 5 small coffee plants sitting on it with no problems. I wish it were a little bit wider so I could put my starter trays under it. It's just not wide enough. The plants seem to like it though, I didn't have to move my lights around too much. The first and second platform are where the plants are sitting, the third, lowest tier is essentially worthless for my purposes. It's not big but it's not small is my point. It has pre-drilled holes in it so it goes together fairly easily. The hex driver started to get stripped out for the screws, but the hex driver for the bolts doesn't have a mark on it. It looks great. My cat enjoyed it while I had it out in the open. He weighs about 28lbs and was walking on it. I would recommend this for those who want to get a grow tent started. Just keep in mind you're only going to get use out of two of the three tiers if you are growing any plants ~3 gallon pots. If you have 1 gallon pots they fit great, but you are going to want to put water trays under the plant pots. Given you are doing the work of putting it together the price should be much lower. Materials couldn't cost that much even with supply chain issues over the last few years.

Nice Rack
The tiered plant stand was a little smaller than anticipated. However, it fits well in our yard and our container garden. The plant stand is easy to assemble (about 20 minutes) and there was extra hardware leftover. The plant stand appears to be pretty sturdy - we have different containers on each level which vary in weight and size - no wobbles. We are thinking about getting another stand to consolidate the real estate the container garden takes up. All plants are growing well - nearly harvest time for the jalapenos!

first impressions
These are just first impressions, will edit my review if needed. This took 2 relatively tool-challenged people about 1/2 an hour to assemble. I strongly recommend watching the video (QR code on instruction sheet) before you start.Once assembled we gave most of the bolts another tightening with a real wrench - seems sturdy/stable enough. Definitely improved the look of my back patio, getting all the plants off the floor.

Flimsy and poorly made, but should last a season
Pros: lightweight, moderately priced, somewhat easy to assembleCons: flimsy construction, parts don’t fit together wellThe shelves of this plant stand come in two halves that have to be screwed together, and one of the first things I noticed as I assembled it was that one of the shelf halves didn’t quite fit with the others. I was able to flex it into position because it’s lightly built, but it set the tone for the project. Some of the bolt holes also didn’t quite line up, and I managed to twist off the heads of two of the screws when I was attaching the spreader bars at the final stage of assembly. In general this product gives the impression of flimsiness and low manufacturing quality, but I was in a hurry when I bought it and it was moderately priced. I think it will probably last for the year and a half or so it will take until I have time to build better quality plant stands from scratch. In that sense, it will probably do what I bought it for.

Worth the buy! Don't be fooled by some of the lower reviews.
I have now bought three of these to put outside of my apartment patio and they work fantastically for what they are. They are a little pricey in my opinion for what you get but these are very nice shelves. I have probably 40 or so plants on these and they hold up very nicely. I water daily and have had no issue of slats or boards breaking/bending. They are very easy to put together and are very light, you won't be disappointed!

Sturdy & Nice
If you're going for a natural look or organic way of displaying your potted plants, this definitely delivers. Thought of getting the metal plant stands but pretty happy I chose this one. Very easy to install for me. I used a drill and it is pretty straightforward with their little picture instruction.

Strong enough
I use many self-watering pots for my plants and this rack helps to organize them well. Even though it takes the same amount of space as if I lay the pots as a group on the floor, it helps a lot because its staircase-structure allows me to fill their reservoir easily.About its assembling process, I have no problem to do it because I know how to construct things, but for my neighbor (who bought one also) it took a longer time for her to assemble it.

Poor craftsmanship
Horrible craftsmanship. Starts of with no assembly instructions. Holes for bolts are both vertically and horizontally misaligned. Nuts and bolts of varying sizes, some of them rusted. More bolts than nuts. Splinters.

Unstable, improper alignment
The alignment of the parts is improper. Few holes for screws not properly placed ,am returning.

Received a poor copy of the product.
The media could not be loaded. I was expecting the rack as shown in pictures with fine quality wood and hex screws. Instead I got what appeared to be a badly done copy of the original design with absolutely pathetic craftsmanship. The holes were drilled without any guide. No installation instructions were provided.

Substandard product
The media could not be loaded. I don’t think the person who made this is a carpenter. It’s not worth the effort or value. Stay away.
