Love the sleek look. So easy to use!

Nothing much to say except that it’s just a straight forward tool to loosen your ground coffee. It has 4 of the pin thing and is fairly rigid. My only complain is that because the stand bottom is open, if you don’t clean the pins are using it, it will leave some hint of ground coffee below the stand after placing it back.

I like the holder and handle of the unit but the metal whisks seem cheaply made and can bend easily

The tool for actually distributing coffee works very well, and it’s actually rather elegant looking in its stand. I’m a novice espresso nut and distributing before tamping has helped the consistency of my shots.Only ‘potential’ negative is the design of the stand for the tool. It is a hole straight through to the other side. If you put the tool in the stand right after use without cleaning it first, you are just going to drop fine espresso grounds on the surface below.I am pretty strict about cleaning my tools before putting them away so it’s not an issue for me, but I’m pointing it out to inform others. A quick swipe of the wires over my towel before putting it in the stand is more than sufficient.With the above in mind, would definitely recommend.

Works great to ensure coffee distributed evenly and avoids need for old-fashioned North-South-East-West swipes. Better flow, better taste and less mess.

It worked and looked great but after a month one needle came off

I love how this thing looks and feels, and am willing to deal with the following issues because of that, though overall, for over 30 bucks, I'm disappointed.Issues, in order of annoyance:-Needles must be too close together to fit into stand. I bent them out as far as possible while still fitting the tool into the stand and I'd suggest you do the same. It almost stirs the coffee rather than distributing and breaking up clumps, but it does work well enough. The needles were way to close together from the factory.-Needles are too thick and too few. A tool with more needles of less thickness would work better, however, due to the following issue I am glad they're this thick.-Needles are unreplacable. For 30 bucks it'd be nice to repair the tool with a few pennies.-Specs of the threads on the bottom of the tool are not mentioned in the description, I intend to 3D-Print or buy something for it to screw onto, figuring out the threads is going to be annoying.All that said, I'm keeping it, I like how it looks that much. A 3D-Printer alternative just wouldn't feel as nice in the hand. If the needles ever break I will likely attempt to model and 3D print something to fit to the bottom that'll hold replacement needles, some the that I think the manufacture could've and should've done in the first place.

This little guy works really well for breaking up and leveling your ground coffee before you start the brewing process. Just use it carefully so as not to push a bit of coffee over the edge. I prefer the 4 pin version sine it is easier for me to use.

I feel like this product is very close to perfection, both in terms of looks and function.Unfortunately, I feel like the 4 needles in a square shape are not sufficient to achieve optimal distribution and clump-breaking result. Perhaps an additional needle in the middle or adding a 5th needle and making more of a circular shape would help.Cheers

I never thought that this little device would make such a difference in the quality of my espresso’s. It’s also really cute. It looks perfect sitting beside my espresso machine.

Works well, good quality. A weighted holder/stand would improve the product without radically increasing the price.

Product comes in nice packaging with foam to protect it. Comes with a velvet like storage bag. Nice heavy wood although the stand is darker than the handle despite being the same type of wood. Fast shipping.

Stirring heads are not sturdy and got bent on the third day. The Stirrer is taller than the cover so essentially when you pick it up you see the tips and once on a hard surface, it will damage the needles as the bottom of the cover is open
