Bought these for my grandmother who suffers from knee pain, and other body pain. Two wraps come in a nice package with good instructions. The wraps hold heat quite a while. They feel slightly moist when they come out of the microwave which makes it a moist type of heat. They work well wrapped around a knee using the nice Velcro straps, or just by laying them on the body wherever they are needed. The “beads” inside are sewn into sections so they do not all tumble to one side or other. I am well pleased with the purchase. I’m not sure they work better than other similar products out there, but these do have many strong selling points. Great product!

These work well as heating pads. They heat quickly in the micro. I’ve used them for knees, shoulders and back. They are a bit weighty but not uncomfortable.

I like the idea of putting it in the microwave. They are way to big for my bird legs. The straps are great. They do not stay heated for long. The first time it was 22 minutes the 2nd time was 15 minutes. I put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Great for the first few minutes after that no more heat. I do like them but I need more heat time.

These are advertised as suitable for elbows, but they aren’t. I could barely get the velcro straps tight enough to not have them slide around on my arm. So the long straps were between the skin and heat pack, blocking some of the heat, and making them less comfortable. Plus the middle of the heat pack wouldn’t lay flush against my skin since it was so large. I have smaller diameter arms, but not unusually so for an adult female. They shouldn’t advertise these for elbows, and consider making a separate smaller option for elbows, or different sizes of this model.The actual product is nice though. Easy to heat up, even heat throughout, not too stinky (some of these buckwheat types are), stays warm enough for a 10 minute heat session as recommended by my physical therapist, and soft plush fabric (the inside less so than the outside, but that’s good so it doesn’t get as sweaty). Only other complaint is the velcro is super heavy duty so it’s tough to peel apart, and loud.

These work great for the knee! I put one in the freezer and left one out for heating. Appreciated having 2 in a package for this reason. It tells you to heat for 1:20 but that makes them really hot; would recommend a shorter time.

It worked great for 2 days. Then at one point while heating it up in the microwave for the recommended 2 minutes, the cover burst open and the seeds came out. See the attached picture. I didn’t notice that the cover had burst open when I took it out of the microwave so I had a ton of hot seeds fall into my hands. Very disappointing.

I use these every morning to help loosen up my knee following knee replacement. They heat quickly in the microwave and stay warm long enough to really help. The straps are a great help in keeping the heating pads in place.

These work wonderfully, however, it doesn't wrap (with heat; like it looks in the picture), all the way around. But I do like the velcro straps to help tighten the heated area. Also: don't try to walk with these on. Just relax and keep your legs/ feet up
