It has a minimum compression time settingA compressor short cycle settingA cooling and separate heating differential swing setting. I really like this feature. I had a new Honeywell without the last setting in is was going on and off whenever the temp deviated from 75. I replaced it. This one is set at 75 with a one degree swing wither way. Stops at 74 starts at 76 it allows 0 - 2 degrees the default is 0,5. I set mine at 1 degreeI didn't really need programable weekday and separate weekend setting They sell a more expensive model with those features.It seems accurate based on thermometer readings.

Not for us
First Amazon sent programmable. Reordered nonprogrammable again.. We have frequently changeable weather. Second one was defective. Our hvac installer said it appeared to have been a returned item with factory defect. We bought an Emerson elsewhere that is a dream come true being accurate and reliable.
