It was repackaged/used?
Its a good product for the price the only complaint I would have about the product itself was the hands don't fit so I had to make the holes bigger for them to fit. The joints were all locked in place like it was painted after it was put together so you have to carefully play with everything to smooth it out. Other than that it's very detailed and has an ok paint job (paint rubbed on my hands while messing with the joints).
