Received the produced 3 days after ordering. It comes shipped in two boxes, got them delivered separately over two days, was very easy to put together. The cushions come vacuum sealed and expand over time. It is pretty firm after they all expand but is comfortable. Good quality for the price. The color is as pictured and ended up matching my loveseat almost perfectly. So far it seems pretty sturdy. Perfect for a small apartment

I just wanna start off by saying that I love this couch. I needed a couch-in-a-box to be able to get one into my tiny apartment door, and this was the one I landed on.Comfort wise, it's a little on the firmer side, but once you let the cushions have some time to puff up after opening, they're pretty comfy to sit or nap on.It's cost effective, a great starter couch that'd I'd definitely recommend.Now, why the 4 stars? The dang assembly.The instructions are basically just pictures. While it's simple enough to follow, the first step took me forever to figure out. Granted I may just be stupid, but the images made it look like it's supposed to slide on a certain way when it's supposed to slide on another way. Also, putting the back pieces on sucked, because the metal pegs on the back cushions were just *slightly* wider than the slotted in holes they were supposed to go into.. not to mention said holes were also covered by fabric as it wasn't cut properly. I had to cut some of the inner lining and hammer the pegs to get them to even fit.This doesn't effect the performance or aesthetic of the couch, but still gave me enough of a headache that I deducted a star.

This couch was easy to put together, the price was great. It was well packaged in 2 boxes and no damage. It arrived quickly after ordering and was pretty easy to put together. For a 300 dollar couch it looks good and is a great option for our kids in their basement space. I gave 4 stars for the comfort because the cushions are short and not as full as I would like. Certainly a good option for small spaces.

was easy to setup. comfort was good at first but over time it slowly degraded. cushions don't hold up and become soft. i would recommend this product for a college student for an apartment but if you are looking to use this more long term, i recommend buying another couch that'll hold up longer. would be good for decorative purposes if you stage houses to sell.

Well I figured I would share my thoughts on this product, color was spot on for what I was looking for, easy assembly, nice price if your looking for something to get you by until you can do better or for a room you don’t use often. This product is smaller than I expected, but I guess for the price it’s just right. It is sturdy once put together, firm but not sure for how long. But overall great for the spare room I bought it for. I will be utilizing risers to lift it a little more.

It was super easy to put together! Look inside all the base pieces to make sure you have all the cushions! Perfect size for me (5’2) any one over 5’4 will have difficulty laying on it or sitting on it. But it’s perfect for smaller spaces!

OK, so hear me out when I first got the couch. I was a little disappointed. The cushions were very firm and the color was a little bit darker than I had expected. However, it was still very very cute. Despite the cushions being firm, I decided to give it a week and see if they became more comfortable overtime.Alright story time:I received this package I believe on a Monday and come Wednesday. I was exhausted after work. I plopped down on the couch and immediately fell asleep and when I tell you, I had the best nap ever I had the BEST 👏🏻 NAP 👏🏻 EVER! My cat and dog love it too. Best part; THE DOG HAIR DOESNT SHOW! I have a golden retriever if that tells you anything. For the money, it is 1000% worth it.As for how long it took to put together, the packaging says it takes about 15 minutes. For a normal human, I’m sure that’s possible. For an exhausted teacher on a Monday night, it took me a good 30/45 minutes. BUY IT. It’s not a high end couch but YALL! I’m so pleased.

Sofa arrived on time. I contacted the Customer Support Team because one of the parts arrived with a small defect. They were very responsive, and sent a replacement for that part immediately. I am happy with the sofa and happy with the service.

I read about American's buying this for under $500. It's not terrible but it is not what I expected There is no way I'm boxing this up and trying to send it back. It is worth $500 maybe even $700 but $1400 for this I could of gotten one from the brick for 1/2 the price I just set this thing up just now so maybe it will grow on me I do not hate it but I do not love it
