This case is both functionally and aesthetically appealing. The rose gold tone of the case is a near (but not perfect) match to the rose gold iPhone 7. I've had this case for over a year and have had no complaints. It protects my phone from drops and slips and is slim enough to not be an inconvenience. I'm writing this review now because I recently lost my phone in a covered parking lot. When it was returned to me it looked like I had finally cracked my screen. Whether it had been ran over or who knows, there were several cracks and impact marks. I thought I'd have to pay to replace my screen, but low and behold, when I lifted the screen protector my iPhone was UNHARMED. Yep. My iPhone has been dropped, and now run over but it looks just as new as the day I bought it. I highly recommend this case.

For the money, it certainly deserves 5 checks. It offers incredible value. It is very sleek and as others have stated it has a couple of hard edges on the sides, that some may not like. If you have been using an Otterbox or a rounded silicon case you may find it not to your instant liking. I took my nail file softly to the edge (but I am not recommending it) so I am good to go!!! The case fits the iPhone 7 perfectly, and it went on easily.I suggest "inserting" the phone into the case around the middle, where the case is more pliable and pushing towards the top, or conversely towards the bottom, and flexing the pliable side outward, if needed to get the rest of the phone inside the case. I expect the case to keep its shape for years to come. You cannot really see it in photos, but it has very tiny "feet" on the back, so it sits above countertops and tables. It slides into my pocket very easily. Don't want to oversell it, but for the money it is great. I used another third party glass screen protector (sold her on Amazon for cheap for two screens), as it applies easier than the one that comes with this case.

I’ve been using this case since January 2017 on my iphone 7 and since January 2018 on my iPhone 8 (Different phone, SAME CASE). I read some reviews and for me, they are just not true, people are just trying to get a free case by writing lies or they dropped the phone from 300 ft and won’t admitted.Hands down this is THE BEST PHONE PROTECTOR. I can’t even believe they sell this case for less than $10, that’s crazy! As you can see in the pictures, the case has A LOT OF SCRATCHES from all the times I’ve dropped my phone, BUT MY PHONE LOOKS LIKE NEW (and that’s the purpose of having a case; In case you didn’t know). I just noticed(when taking the pictures for this review) that the plastic part is broken, but it haven’t make any difference in the performance of the case. I always have the glass screen protector on the phone (not from the same brand as the case) and the combination works GREAT! I just ordered a new one just because I want a different color, not because the current one isn’t working.Also, in between the silver part and the black one I have a magnet (didn’t need to stick it to the phone or case) for my vehicles mount and it works PERFECT!PS. Sorry for the quality of the pictures, I had to use a Galaxy S8. You know what I mean...

Updated update: almost a year and it is still going strong with only small scratches and a perfect screen even after bouncing down a flight of concrete stairs.Update: love this case! I’ve had it for 8 months now and it has been awesome. My phone has been through a multitude of drops and, well, abuse from a couple toddlers and myself. After 7 months I was shocked to see a crack across my screen but quickly realized that it was only the screen protector (yay!!!). So I ordered a new screen protector but the case is still going strong. Like I said, we’ve been pretty hard on it so the case has a couple scrapes on it but nothing seriously ugly.Included is a picture of my case after 8 months of use (the color looks off but it’s just the lighting) and the removed screen protector. I was worried I wasn’t going to get the screen protector off in one piece because it kept cracking every time I lifted it. Before removing it I only had 3 long thin cracks going across the screen and a chip out of the left side.Original review: I have only had this case 1 day and have already gotten a multitude of compliments on it. It was pretty easy to put on and I am pleasantly surprised at how good it looks. Also, I was expecting a really thin screen protector but the one that comes with this is really thick and nice. It isn’t interfering with the touch screen at all. :)My husband couldn’t believe that it cost less than $10 and said that if he didn’t need a waterproof case for his job, he would get the same one.I will try to remember to update after I’ve used it a while/after it’s been through some drops. ><

I would give it 5 stars except I've been an Otter Box Defender user forever and I wish the back of this case was less slippery. The black sides seem to grip a bit when on a table, but not when handling it as with the O.Bx. My hand feels less secure. It's important that it doesn't slide away on a smooth surface or slip out of my pocket. I would also like to see a white and rose gold combo as I feel that black is a guys color, the face of my phone is white like in their photo and this would just blend together better. The case sure seems like it's protection enough - hopefully I won't have to find out, and the rose gold on the back is a near perfect match for the rose gold phone. The only thing missing is a clear protector for the apple logo on the back. This case made very well and packaged nicely with a cleaning cloth and screen protector included. Overall I'm pretty happy with this case. Something new to get used to I guess. :)
