I started taking these as soon as they came out and I can honestly say I’ve never felt better. I use to take so many supplements which was costing me a fortune and taking some supplements that wasn’t helping with my stomach but I can honestly say this regulated my period, cut down my sugar level to half and helped me with my appetite and loosing weight. Most importantly my mental health has has been so much better I don’t feel like I’m sitting under a cloud and I can concentrate better. My fatigue has also improved. So glad i dont need to be mixing any powder supplements anymore. I only take 2 capsules every morning and that has everything I need and I love that it’s created by a doctor who has PCOS so I can trust that it's not full of sugar or useless ingredients

I’ve been taking these for a couple of months now. I much prefer them to the powders I used to take. It's great that is doesn't have bulking ingredients, just the supplements that I need. Taking them is easy and has become part of my daily routine now.
