Out of the box it comes in pieces with an instruction manual on how to set it up. It was decently easy to follow and it only took about 15 minutes and that includes going to get the tools I wasn't expecting to need to do it. Just a phillips screwdriver of your own and a little wrench that comes in the box. After setting it up I used it right away to boil 30lbs of crawfish. It was easy to use and very sturdy. Definitely reccomend. 30 lbs of crawfish, 6 lbs of red petite red potatoes and 36 of the little corn cobs and it filled to the top. The regulator works nicely and I couldn't be happier with the job it did

Once the buyer assembles the product, it's difficult to disassemble for storage. The stand is really sturdy but once you've built it, plan on it staying that way. Of course you could back out all the screws but this is a piece that will want to stay whole.Overall, we were really impressed with the capacity & sturdiness. We bought it to do a seafood boil for New Years & thanks to Prime shipping, we got it the day before. Everywhere in town was sold out so we got lucky! The pot easily held 5lbs of potatoes, 6 ears or corn, 3 crabs, 1lb crawdads & had a ton of room left. We bought the 80qt capacity with intentions once the seafood boil was over, we'd use the pot to deep fry a turkey for Thanksgiving, which we have yet to do. The pot comes with everything except a propane tank which can easily be attached.With regard to the propane tank, we didn't realize the flame is basically a jet thus sucks down the propane. It took a nearly full 5 gallon tank to make the water boil (about 20ish minutes), Then we had to refill the tank. We also bought a propane tank gauge because I'm tired of thinking it's full, trying to grill ribeye & it's nearly empty. The gauge also came from Amazon & was thankfully delivered the same day as the pot. We hooked it up, filled the tank & for a little over an hour & high heat out of a 5 gallon tank. Just food for thought. The seafood cooks quickly but we're thinking we may need a bigger thank for the turkey.Overall, this is a well made, very durable set. I'd definitely buy it again & recommend others to take a chance. It's easy to put together & use.

I needed a crab boil pot with burner quickly and got it. I got the 80 quart version only because it was the quickest delivery. I would recommend the 60 qt unless you need something to bathe the dog in or small children The 80 qt is VERY big. Easy set up and assembly. Highly recommend. Not for frying turkey.All aluminum pot, easy clean up.

Great stuff, frogmore stew for 30 made quickly. A total hit for the tailgate!

If you're looking for a great way to boil crawfish, shrimp, or crabs this set up is for you. First of all, the kit comes with all these items EXCEPT the propane tank which was shown for size perspective. The first picture shows the whole set up. The 2nd one is theft with the stand and it's quick start igniter. The 3rd picture shows the stand alone. The 4th picture shows the food carrier on the lip of the pot that shows how the carrier will rest inside the pot when draining the carrier of liquid before lifting. the 6th shows the carrier outside the pot. This has been used many times last year and is ready for more crawfish this year. It truly is worth every penny.

I absolutely love this product. It was big enough to hold all the seafood we were cooking for our boil. Easy to put together and simple to use. Only thing I didn't like was that out of the box the pot was dented on the bottom. It didn't effect the functionality of the unit but it's just the point of buying something new and it's already dented.

The great part about this setup is the power of the burner and it's efficiency with a very broad base pot. I did roughly 50 pounds of shrimp, crab, and veggies and the pot recovered very quickly. It will go through propane quickly when on high but unless you need an "aggressive" boil half way turned on will keep the pot rolling.Assembly took about ten minutes and it is very important not to tighten everything until it is 90% constructed. The parts are all labeled and packaged very well.This is an aluminum pot, if you throw it around it will get dented but that will not affect its ability to cook.
