feet make ladder dangerous; feet didn't hold uo. otherwise ladder is excellent- wife tipped ladder over need two feet to avoid injury to wife again -send me the two feet or the address for the pictures to be mailed. pictures show ladder without the two feet took them off they were worn out. please send me directions of what to do..

I love the wide steps and the hand rails. This is so much better than a regular ladder. It helps me to feel safe when changing the ceiling AC filters.

I like the handrails just wish it were sturdier

I've used this ladder several times for reaching to higher elevations for cleaning. I move it around by folding it and grasping it in the middle so the weight is distributed evenly. I appreciate the handles to grip for balance which gives a secure feeling. It folds up and takes very little space for storage. I keep it in a handy spot in the house for quick retrieval.

Got is product careful reviews. Once I got it wow was worth it. Easy to use/move around the house. Now Christmas is here the tree and all the decorations went up easy. Getting up in year means being careful and this latter is right one.

I like most of the features but it isn’t as sturdy as I hoped it would be. I can’t imagine it holding up to 500 lbs. The “feet” are not non-skid but hard plastic. But for the price it does the job.

The legs are uneven and the rubber shoes don't match - as if they're from different products. Perfect if it werent for the unevenness and instability, but if your ladder can't be trusted to be study, then it's not a ladder it's a 5step piece of garbage
