It’s very practical

Junk. Trash. Extremely low quality
The media could not be loaded. Please save your time and money. Do not ever consider this product. I purchased one set on November 2023. The tea warmer on the tray stopped working (see video). They sent me another one through the warranty. It stopped working again. And the third time the same issue. But this time my warranty is expired and I trashed all the parts of this product. It was easier for me to put that money in the trash can directly

Looks great
Works well, just the lid of the kettle is a pain to open. Not opening and popping up easily.

The kettle broke in 2 month under normal use.
The kettle light stop working in 1 month. The kettle leak and break the bottom parts in the second month. The workers respond slowly on email. Normally takes over a week to respond during conversation. WILL NOT RECOMMAND YOU TO BUY THIS.

Not good for heavy tea drinkers
It looks great, is made of good quality materials, and is different.But - the entire thing shuts off every hour and there is no way to keep the water hot. The water boils and shuts off even if the tea/coffee is being kept warm. Every hour we hear the loud “beep” and go back to turn it back on and set the temp to 90. It also doesnt keep the last temp it was set at so every hour it’s like setting it up all over again.We’re 4 heavy tea drinkers here and just isnt making us happy. This one will go into a donation box soon and we’ll get one of the ones we can keep the hot water at the temp we like.
