Great buy for the price.

I ordered large, since every other large glove I've worn has been a perfect fit. These, however, seemed to be just too small. I might just have to wear them and stretch them out a bit, but this is something to take into account.

Use these at home from my physical therapy sessions.

They're cheap, both in price and quality. If you put them around your thighs to work out, they just roll and ball up, digging into your skin and offering zero benefit. So frustrating, I'm really disappointed.

We use these bands often at my YMCA and we usually run out of certain colors/strengths. For the price, I now bring my own

I'm on Dialysis which sometimes cause my legs to cramp during my session.I place the band over my foot & pull with free hand to help relieve the crampby stretching my leg using the band. It may not work every time but it helps.

Therapy

I use these to warm up and as strength training for archery. I have been using these bands for about a week with no issues. My only complaint is that the plastic smell is pretty strong and is still present after a week of use but the scent is slowly starting to fade as I use it more.
