Been a handy tool to get me around
I did have a problem with the description of this item. I chose it because it showed a higher voltage (42v) and power (350w) as others. When I received it the box declares its 20kmh but the ad says 25kmh. The battery voltage is 36v not 42v ( this is actually charger voltage).I took issue with these inaccuracies with the company itself and asked what other aspects were incorrect , was it indeed 350w motor and 6AH battery. The response was very generic , didn’t answer my questions and basically invited me to return it. Not impressed with this response , I just need to know the facts, and would expect them to be advertised accurately otherwise it’s just plain dishonest.

Nice bike, drives well good for experienced rider
Good e bike, a bit like a balance bike, Brompton looking, but moves well by itself, good for experienced rider of who is aware of throttle control when driving, helping to save an injured knee from any further harm and damage through not having to pedal.

Faulty
This was fine when we first got it. 3 months later the brakes have failed & now is not safe to use. I contacted the seller to return which was approved but now the seller has not contacted me regarding picking up the item even thou I have messaged a number of time! I am very frustrated.

Great for short distance, nippy and lightweight
Love my new bike for commuting to work and back, quicker than bus and more reliable, wish it had mirrors so you could see behind but otherwise very pleased with my purchase

Unhelpful for return or refund
Box damaged bike broke within 1st week.Now have major problems claiming either refund or repairs.
