Bargain.
I already own a ridiculously expensive set of B&O headphones, so I expected good things from these and wasn't in the least bit dissatisfied. Sound quality is excellent, noise cancelling is not the greatest I've come across but is more than up to the job, and seeing as right now they're selling for peanuts I can't help but give them five stars.Having read an awful lot of reviews prior to purchasing I was aware that some people were critical of these for various reasons, including poor fit, unstable connection, and difficulty getting the buds to go back in the charging case correctly. I can't find fault with them at all and I've not had any of these problems, not even once.

Cheaply made, usability issue, fitting!
A lot review praises how good the sound quality is and how clear it is. Yes, I do sense its unique sound characteristics. Could say it give the same album, same song different presentation than others. For vocal, it could be an advantage, but for stage, levels and layering of instruments, it’s not as great as review stated.I would go for master and dynamic mw08 or mw08 sports for better value and fun.But the main focus here I want to address is how cheaply the ear buds comes with this units. Different sizes just put into one small bag. The sports foam buds were stocked to each other and the foam would be pushed and stay there forever. When you exchange them and put them on, your finger tip pressure will cause it to deform and flattened. It’s supposed to change shape over time to fit the ear. But it’s not. The sizes are limited and provide bad fitting. You will get better selection from m&d.Another thing I want to point out is how difficult it is to place earbud back to case. It’s glitched. It’s not terrible but it’s not as smooth, easily, and trouble free as from m&d and Sony. Take out and put back is something you will face each time and this is terrible.I wouldn’t say this is a terrible product, but it’s cheap and not as smooth as competitors even we ignore the almost 50% short of anc battery life on this unit.I am disappointed and will return. I’d rather pay a higher price to have a smooth daily use.

Quite simply brilliant, ignore the negative reviews!
I agonised over which earphones to get and originally settled on the Bose sport ones which were on offer. However unfortunately there was fault with one of them not charging so sent them back. Being a big fan of B&O products and design I was pleasantly surprised to see these on an amazing offer, however having read the mixed reviews I was a little wary about going for them. All I can say is wow….they are amazing, quality of the material used, the look and feel of them and most importantly of all the sound quality - absolutely amazing. I am moderate hifi nerd running some hefty b&w speakers and amp at home so do appreciate quality sound. These earphones do not disappoint, clarity is pin sharp and the depth of base is rich and warm. In terms of noise cancelling, not having experienced this before, seems good to me but I have no benchmark, so can’t really comment. Also have no issues with connectivity, so far completely seamless with my iPhone 13pro….stick em in your ears select your tubes on Spotify or any other app and plays without need for manual Bluetooth connection. I don’t really have a need to use the app, other than an occasional battery life check or if I wanna play with sound settings but seems ok. Talking of battery life, perfectly fine for me, not really sure how long they last tbh, but fine for my use so far.So in summary- awesome sound quality, brilliant build quality and aesthetic design….ignore the haters these are a top drawer product at a great price …..caveat to that …..I wouldn’t pay the original £300+ price tag though but for c.£120ish that I paid, I am very happy customer.

Faulty and shoddy.
Bang & Olufsen have a real reputation for premium quality. Nice looking earbuds, but music sound is not good; ANC is extremely poor too. Connectivity issues can be really tiresome. Not a very good fit, barely usable, certainly not recommended for people with small ears. The earbuds eventually stopped charging at all and were thrown out. Glad I didn’t pay full price - my experience with these stopped me buying the more expensive EX. A faulty product that should never have been marketed and ditched after testing.

Great sound quality but triple tap skip via update
Starting with sound quality, highs can be a touch exaggerated, and verging on sibilant and female vocals more forward than reference though this can make them sound more instantly engaging. The bass weight, extension and reverberation is a little less than my cx400bt but it's not bass light - in fact the lesser reverb makes the soundstage feel wider and less closed in than the Senn, which with the tonal balance makes for a fresher cleaner sound. The sound quality of these compared favourably against my reference Sennheiser CX400BT and Sony WF-XB700 earphones.B&O provide an app with an equaliser that lets you change the frequency response. It took me a while to work out but moving the control from left to right increases treble and moving top to bottom increases bass.Moving on to other aspects:Lying on one's side, the weight makes them fall out.Putting them in their case requires orienting them just so which is more fiddly and slower than others I have.To skip tracks you need to download an update via the app which takes half hour to install. Skipping then requires 3 taps which is too much tapping and one can't change the control scheme via the app.You need to touch twice to change volume, presumably to avoid inadvertently changing volume when reorienting them in one's ear but I found that practically I often did change the volume unintentionally because their weight and shape meant I handled them more than the others.Their price was high but is now almost reasonable for the performance and brand and certainly better value than the noise cancelling Sennheiser MTW3 which has a similar upper mid forward sound.
