I have a tendency to go off on tangents. This is particularly true with household/workplace projects. Since both my wife and I own our own businesses that gives me plenty of places to embark upon projects. Last year, I went off on a 'security cam' tangent and set up elaborate security cam systems at home, my office, my wife's office, etc. This year--or at least for the past few months--my tangent has been 'bathroom remodeling'.My wife and I spend at least half the year in high quality hotels and we love it. Our goal has always been to replicate the hotel experience at our actual home. One of the best things about hotels is the bathrooms, or more specifically the showers. They usually offer great shower pressure, multiple shower heads, etc. One day while I was enjoying a shower at a hotel it struck me: I could just upgrade the shower systems at home. I have no clue why this didn't occur to me previously.Anyway, this ended up in my wife's private bathroom at her place of business. She's a yoga instructor, so she has a legitimate need for a shower with a body spray/massage element in the workplace. I installed it myself but I do have considerable experience with plumbing and particularly installing sink and bath hardware. If you're fairly handy with tools you could do it yourself but otherwise you're always best served to get a professional to do it. They can do it quicker and do it right.My wife loves this shower as do I. You switch between modes with easy to operate controls. I wish you could do all of them at the same time but I guess that's something for the *next* upgrade. The shower looks great and works great and compared to most quality bathroom hardware it's sold at a reasonable price point. Highly recommended!

This was a HORRIBLE buy! I wrote to the sellers because this was a defective item the water distribution valve core was not functioning the way it should have. I messaged the seller and they emailed me back initially and said they’d replace the part to get it working. Then left me hanging and never sent the part or responded to my emails after, it’s been weeks and Still haven’t gotten my part or a response! Delayed my construction! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Now I have to open a claim with Amazon.

Poor customer service - I’ve been emailing and leaving voicemails with the customer support team for the past week and a half and have not received any correspondence. It seems that if you have issues they aren’t eager to help. The shower arm has a very short thread and cannot receive an extension that will recess in the wall without sticking out like a sore thumb. Unfortunately I cannot get a response from Rbrohant to try to swap it out with one of their other shower arms that has a more flexible design that would work.

Wonderful show head and setup. Easy to install and looks and functions great. The body shower heads are a must have. The only drawback is that you need to buy extra piping for the body shower heads. But great unit.

Beautiful shower faucet good quality water pressure is awesome and was easy to install. My dad really loved it.
