My daughter used these as a photo project in which she cut the sides with an xacto knife so that the recipient would lift the lid off the larger one and it would fall open with the sides having photos on it, and so on for each smaller box inside. Hard to explain, but it turned out great and these nesting boxes were perfect for the project!

Bought these to make a birthday box where the sides drop down. I glued candy and gift cards to the sides. My son was impressed.
