What I received is an official refurbished item, not literally a 'New' one as stated on Amazon. Coming with a refurbished item package, not the package you usually see. All components are packed in a sealed plastic bag. Disappointed but fair & make sense at this price, which is a lot cheaper than the 'real-new' product. The price is equivalent to the refurbished outside Amazon, somewhere else, so I accepted. No issue with the product itself, works well and is likely new (no obvious mark on it). It is a good way to buy a cheaper one if you can accept a refurbished product. For me and my use, a cheaper one does better, no matter if it is refurbished.

The media could not be loaded. These guys are third party sellers. Do not buy razer items and they are just refurbished and sold on. But it’s very badly refurbished. I had dirt on the bumpers which is a big sign they didn’t bother to clean the product. And the d-pad was not even functional. I might as well have bought a broken controller and fixed it myself.

Whenever I buy from amazon I manually set my search preferences to New (Brand New) not New (Refurbished). Nowhere of the product page was it stated that this product was refurbished and was only able to determine based on the packaging it arrived in. These controllers don't typically last long anyway refurbished ones even less so. I am currently is the process of requesting a refund

Controller came shipped in a cardboard box with no packaging. All components were in plastic bags. D-pad was so oversensitive I was unable to change settings in the razer app. Xbox logo was reattached off centre. Absolutely nothing to say the controller was refurbished which is just gross mis-advertising. You only get one of each alternative thumb stick too so versatility is limited in that department. Massive let down and waste of time.

The media could not be loaded. If you are going to buy from razer actually buy it from the razer store as this controller fails to meet the standerd of every other razer profuct ive bought in the past.

Nowhere in this sellers advertisment does it say this is refurbished as they are... shouldn't be allowed to sell in my opinion as this is false advertising
