We just opened it and laid it this after noon. It is amazing! Matches the swatch they sent me. As described it does need to lay out to flatten perfectly. Says it takes a few days. I am at the end of day one and its practically perfect! We paired it with the mohawk premium carpet pad and it is a must! We did do a VERY light vacuum (suction only, no roller) and it is perfect! I can honestly say I have never been so happy with a rug. Also, as far as smell, it BARELY there. I smelled it lightly as I was unrolling it and close to the surface, but I can't smell it at all anymore. And I am very sensitive to smells and EVOVs and this is no problem. Also, didn't shed! Thats unheard of! Going to buy another for my bedroom in a different color. We bought the red and its gorgeous! I can't comment how is cleans as its new so haven't attempted. However the quality is amazing so I am sure it will do well.

It Was easy to lay out and align it with the decor of my home. The red is not a bright red more of a deep red. It was exactly what we were looking for. The plush feel is amazing and again, what we were looking for! I love it! I would recommend and we more thank likely will be purchasing other Safavieh items! Would have given 5 but I want to see how it is in a month or so.How cute is the decor?!

I’ve been eyeing this rug since last august and I finally bought it. I can’t believe how thick, plush, and soft. How it feel under your feet is heaven. I can’t say much about the stain resistant but it is easy to vacuum. We also used carpet tape to hold it down. But over all the rug is a 10. Ordering two more for my Childrens room.

I’ve looked at 1,000 rugs. I was having a tough time figuring out which one to chose. I read the reviews which were great so I decided to go for it. Since it was Prime I knew if it was wrong I could return it.I love this area rug. It’s super thick and oh so soft! Deep red. Great rug!

I absolutely LOVE my new rug! I bought this one and 2 others of the same brand and all three are beautifully colored and super plush! I love laying on the floor to read or just to rest and these make doing that so ultra comfortable! They shipped on time and arrived 2 days later. They only problem we have is they are a bit difficult to vacuum because they are SO plush! Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Laid out smooth after a day. Didn't sink like other reviews said I was worried about that.

This rug is awesome. Great price for a rug of this size and quality. Feels really nice on my feet, and adds a good amount of punch color wise to the room. Delivery was fantastic item was shipped very well. Quality feels really really good and so far has held up really well. I think that rugs are so overpriced for anything that doesn't feel really really cheap, so I took a little risk, but based on previous reviews I'm glad I did. Color is a little more bright red that the maroon look that my screen shows for the pictures but overall very very happy.

The 2 concerns i had were: 1. if the carpet was going to be the right thickness and 2 . if it was going to be a nice deep dark red. The rug fell perfect on both counts! extremely happy with it. 10/10
