machine itself is impressive. But the company and their warranty is a joke. After 8 months the computer and power supply died. We contacted them almost three months ago. They took almost two months to send us the parts after we went round and round with them sending pictures and proof. We asked how to wire it and they gave us the wrong order for the wires and it blew both the computer and lcd screen. We asked for a wiring diagram twice and they sent the wrong one twice. We finally hired an electrical engineer to come and map the machine. They have been unhelpful. Latest is that they want us to pay to pack the machine up and return it after we spend over $1000 paying someone else to fix the machine for us. We have lost thousands and they are not even apologetic for their incompetence.

Absolutely worst experience with a product in my life. Hard to even explain the amount of time I’ve lost on this company. First they guide you to a YouTube video to align the machine. It is absolutely wrong. I had to search other videos to give an accurate description of the procedure. Every attempt to correct the machine myself failed so onto customer support. After weeks of going in circles and basically asked the same 3 questions over and over and over, I was handed off to a technical support specialist who proceeded to ask me the same questions that I spent answering multiple times the previous 4 weeks. The level of frustration is off the charts. After weeks and untold hours of lost time, I still have an $8500 oversized doorstop blocking my newly constructed laser room. I pride myself on doing extensive research in every product I purchased, but I really dropped the ball on this one. Do yourself a favor and avoid OMTech at all costs.
