Professional grade laptop with professional grade support
The specs of this P16s are fantastic for the money. Its more than up to the task of running office and engineering applications. It runs much cooler than the 2023 Lenovo T16 it replaced (went back to my employer).I have my P16s displaying on two external monitors in addition to its own gorgeous 4K OLED monitor for a 3 screen wall of information on my desktop. It manages the many open windows I tend to have running simultaneously with ease. When I travel the OLED screen is a treat and is bright. The weight is the same as the T16 it replaces. I think they use the same chassis....to my eye they look identical. What is most amazing though is the professional grade support! The cooling fan started becoming noisy and I opened a ticket using the Lenovo Commercial Vantage app on the machine. Mind you, this noise was intermittent and the laptop otherwise was performing flawlessly. Two options for servicing were offered in the app; a box would be sent to me to retrieve the machine for a depot level repair or a technician would come to my home with a replacement fan assembly. I selected the latter and 2 days later a technician showed up and replaced the fan at my desk!If you want a professional grade laptop to replace a desktop machine and that can travel then this is the one. What makes this a no regret choice is the outstanding support directly from Lenovo that I did not realize came with this machine at this price. Which other laptop manufacturer sends a technician to your home to install a new part at your desk for no charge? THIS is how you build brand loyalty. Nicely done.

It is perfect
Estoy satisfecho con el producto. Lo único que no me gustó es que el sistema operativo viene en inglés, y aunque se puede cambiar internamente, algunas cosas se mantienen en ese idioma.

Stable and fast. So much for the price.

Did not come with USB hub as shown, but good otherwise
I ordered two of these, one for a new Engineer that we hired, and one for myself. So far, after tweaking the settings, I am satisfied with the performance. I have not tested the battery life yet, but as a mobile workstation, I do not expect much more than an hour or two. I will update this review when I get the chance. Here is the negative: -0.5 for not coming with the USB hub that is shown in the pictures. I probably won't end up needing it, but you should be aware. -0.5 for the slightly deceptive pictures of how thick this laptop is. Note this laptop is thick and heavy; it is clearly designed to be a desktop replacement. Also, I was a little disappointed when I compared it to my 2 year-old Legion 5 that I own for my personal laptop; for gaming, video editing, etc. My Legion is ~50% thinner and half the weight, and it performs only 5% lower on Passmark CPU. The total Passmark score (minus the GPU) for this laptop was a larger % higher than mine, but for the weight, I expected a larger gain.Overall, I am fine with this laptop for a business machine. One last thing to note; this laptop only had ~6 months of the warranty left when I opened the Vantage app up to check. Seems the 1 year warranty started when they were shipped from Lenovo, not when it was shipped to me. I could probably get Lenovo to honor the new start date with the receipt. I will update this review if I ever cross that bridge.
