My son loves it
The sword is sturdy and fells good weight wise. It isn’t sharp but can hurt if someone swung it with force. It wouldn’t cut with a strike, but could possibly penetrate if thrusted using the tip. Again, that would take some force.

PERFECT IGNORE THAT 1 STAR
yo it’s great I bought it for my Giyu cosplay for AWA this weekend and it’s great it’s weighted but not too heavy like a real katana. Packaged very well. If you’re thinking about buying this and that one star was making you weary (cause trust me when I saw the one star I was too) go for it. Totally work it for something that looks EXTREMELY realistic but doesn’t have that “extremely realistic” price tag.Struggled to figure out the holster at first but just put the two Velcro points together and put the belt through.
