The owner of the gym I go to recommended this product. It works great. Gives me a boost of energy without any jitters or upset stomach like other preworkout products. The taste is not pleasant but I’d rather endure a short moment of bad taste than consume artificial flavors or colors. I mix it in water and take before workouts or whenever I need an energy boost. It does have to be refrigerated after opening.

Sometimes when you get a new supplement it does not have any noticeable effects. Not this item. I’ve been using CordyChi for about a year and I have more energy and have even lost weight with no significant changes to my diet. I believe that it speeds up my metabolism and helps me feel better overall.

I love this product and my last blood test came out great. I use it for stress relief and to boost my immune system but I got more then that my total cholesterol was 245 the CordyChi extract help me to lower it to 149. I love this product. I only wish the 2 oz was a little sheaper to regular customers. Give it a try I highly recommended. thanks.

I liked it but it needs to be added to a drink or water. Otherwise it help me with my health issues.
