I’ve been looking for a good electrolyte drink that I actually ENJOY the taste of. I was given this in a gift box for a wedding and immediately ordered more. I am on my 5th order and will never turn back. I try to drink water but this makes it so much easier. I bring these in my carry on for travel and while going out for the day. Makes me feel good and tastes good - could not recommend more!

So, the flavor is good, but I have a hard time with the "slimy" feel of electrolyte drinks. I've started doing a half packet of these with a half packet of other non-electrolyte drink mix into a big Tervis cup of water with LOTS of ice and I'm slowly getting used to it. It's a little more of that electrolyte feel than I'm used to with gatorade or other drinks.I have several autoimmune disorders so I'm working on more balanced hydration in my day. I will say that I think that this is slowly helping achieve that.

I switched to this water drink mix from Zip Fizz because Zip Fizz contains caffeine, which makes me jittery. I initially tried the variety pack of flavors, but found I preferred Fruit Punch and Orange Citrus, so bought those flavors. The flavor is good, the powder mixes well, there's no grit or after taste and I do stay well hydrated. It's a good value for the price and I would highly recommend this product.

the packaging on the little packettes inside are terrible, They open and get everywhere! it's also half of the amount that liquid IV typically gets, so the value of this isn't as good as it seems
