I recently purchased this item with the expectation of receiving a new, fully functional product. Unfortunately, what arrived was far from new. The product had visible signs of wear and tear, including scratches and scuffs that suggested it had been used extensively before. Furthermore, it arrived partially defective; it did not operate as described in the product listing.I attempted to use the product, hoping the issues were superficial, but it malfunctioned repeatedly, indicating deeper functional problems. It's clear that this item should have been listed under "used" condition or at least should have undergone a thorough quality check before being sent out.I am very disappointed with this purchase and have initiated a return. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious and verify the condition of items from this seller. I expect better quality control and transparency from products sold on Amazon.

I liked it so much I just ordered another one for stereo, should work great when playing a movie with Dolby atmos on your iPhone. As far as the instructions go there in English on Amazon in the product description. While the verbal prompts are in Chinese they are not needed because of the ease of operation. Now for the sound. #1 it can get much louder than my iPhone 13. #2 the fidelity of the sound can range from adequate to quite good depending on the surface and type of object you put it on. I find that a square open ended rather rigid plastic container on its side works very well. Also unless you are going mount it permanently (witch would ruin it main feature of portability) I would suggest carefully removing the sticky pad that is already attached and apply the suction cup that comes with it. One feature I was surprised at is if you have a battery widget on your iPhone it also shows you the battery level of speaker.

I received the speaker yesterday and I opened it up today to try it out… I was very excited to have this palm size, portable speaker to take with me on vacations. The speaker does not get loud at all, I tried it on many different surfaces, including the wall, my countertop, my dresser, and a glass table, and the speaker did not get loud whatsoever, and it was very static he. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to return the speaker because it is not worth the money.

This little gem was perfect for our vacay to Portugal! We used it in the AirBnB while we were getting ready and it’s surprising how much it projects once you put it on something! The auction did better when it was west of course and if I left it after we left it would fall off onto the floor but that’s to be expected. We didn’t take it outdoors with us so I don’t know how the sound is in that setting but for background music while we got ready, it was perfect. Also it’s so small and easy to pack! I charged it once but not because it was low - just thought I should. We used it every morning for a week and it held a charge for a long time!
