Pokemon Pokeball Ocarina

When I saw a video of this ocarina, I knew I had to get it! It was so darn cute! It's a 6 hole ocarina in the key of D. Unlike my 12 hole ocarina, you don't have to blow so hard to get a good sound that is in pitch. It comes with a little songbook with instructions and tablature for various Pokemon songs.In spite of its novel appearance, this ocarina is a quality piece! Love it!

I thought from the picture that there would be a mouthpiece and that it was just foreshortened by the camera angle, but no, it is just a slit in a sphere. Some of the curvature makes fingering a little awkward if you're used to a flatter surface. However, the sound is excellent and it is a darling ocarina that is perfect for playing the Pokémon songs it comes with.

I love ocarinas and got this one for my sister for Christmas because she's a Pokemon fan. It came quicker than expected, and when I saw it I thought 'perfect' I tested it to make sure it was tuned correctly and it sounded wonderful. I wish I had gotten it for me lol.

I bought as a present for a friend. Very cute, not a huge range, but it is only a small ocarina. My friend loves it!

Slightly smaller than I thought, but perfect in the hand with an excellent tone.
