First off, I am just a dad that is reviewing a glove for playing with my kids. I used to play competitive baseball, so I do have knowledge of glove quality, but I was not looking for a top tier professional style glove.Review: As soon as I opened the box, I knew I had made a great purchase. Then I put my hand in the glove, and it was confirmed. For a glove at this price, this was a steal of a purchase. It is high quality soft leather. It is not going to peel like the leather shell glove that are only slightly cheaper. It is probably closer to 60% factory break-in rate and 40% user, but I still could take this to play right now. The color of the leather is great too! I would recommend the H stitch pocket because the web is thick and durable compared to the thinner tight checker webbing. 5-star to start/I will update the review if needed, over time.

In this price range, it's hard to find a better option than this glove. It's super comfortable and looks great. It comes virtually game ready out of the package, and is easy to break in. It was good to go after some manual working of the glove and a single catching session. I'm a grown man, 6'1", 275lbs with grown man sized hands, and the glove fits great. It would probably be an excellent choice for a bigger 12-13 yr old and will likely last throughout high school and beyond if properly maintained.

I bought a "used" one and it seemed brand new. The only issue I have is the fingers feel REALLY tight. I don't know if I just have to break it in or what but I haven't had one feel like this before hopefully it'll just break in and be good to go because I really like the glove otherwise! Still has that AMAZING new leather smell too. So it couldn't have been used much.

Ordered this because the glove the school has is old and worn. You can definitely tell it wasn't taken care of properly. So, I bought this for my son to use instead. The shipping was fast and easy. It actually showed up on the very day of the first game of this season. Unfortunately, he couldn't use it the first day because it wasn't completely broken in. But after him, his dad, and all my kiddos went outside and helped him break it in the rest of the way. Now it's seen real game time and he loves it! He's 15 years old and it fits great! Even his dad, who's 44 years old can fit the glove, so they take turns with it considering my son both catches and pitches. So that helps out great there!Now I have the problem of the other guys on the team wanting to use my kid's glove lol. He refuses to allow it though and told them to get the information from me to buy their own.The coach has asked because even he's impressed with this glove and wants to order one.

Great affordable leather glove. Fits both men and women....does take some time to break it, but that's as with any leather glove. Happy with purchase.

bought the perfect size. I'm 6'1 220 with a big hand. SUPER FRESH MITT. Did the baseball trick where you place the ball inside and roll the mitt twice on the inside and you sit on it if you like or put it under the couch. Also bought the Black one for my nephew they have the age bracket little savage is 10.
