We still recommend. Worked perfectly for a year
Update 02-20-2024. At 4 months, still works great, no problems. Doesn't drip. Still noisy, but used to it now. Really happy this is the one we purchased! MANUFACTURER: On next run, please consider changing charger cord to a longer one, 36” would be much better. With h2o bottle sitting on 12” stool for handy use height, cannot reach USA standard height wall plug. Therefore it requires use of extension cord to charge, and have to wrap it around bottle neck to prevent stress on charger ends.Update 12-19-24. 8 weeks, working great, and does not drip. Still happy! We placed ours on an IKEA stool, perfect height.Have been using three weeks. So far very pleased. Charged through laptop. Tubing was crimped by rubber bands. Placed in hot tap water about 10 min. & set up. Simple, just insert tube end into pump, place hose in water bottle. As others have mentioned variations of these pumps are all noisy-no exception here. Since it doesn’t run continuously, we are ok with that. It’s a powerful pump & clearly has a decent flow rate. Other pumps had complaints that water came out too slowly. Not this one! It comes with a short charging cable (18”) & could be improved. I had to use extension cord & charging brick to be able to charge in place. The charge held well through three five gal bottles. Starting fourth bottle noticeable drop in pressure. Charging resolved that. If my opinion changes, I’ll update. One complaint others had was it sits too loosely on top of bottle. Ours has a small amount of play, but not so that it would fall off if bumped. We are using Le Blue Bottles, pushing small plastic cap through & into bottle. For reference, the bottle top is 2-1/4” across. No need to look at other reviews, doubt you’ll find a better pump.11-02-24 Update: We are sad our pump has quit working 2 weeks short of one year. Reordering same product again because it’s a great pump, and enabling us to delay purchase of new fridge after failure of filtered in-door water dispenser. Rest of fridge is still going strong. We are selling house in a year; want the fridge to be new, or nearly new, when listing!

Very useful
Easy to setup and operate with a good battery life after initial charge. Both pouring options work well with no leakage, and the button location is perfect. Great value for money.

Pump loose on bottle solved - Puncture bottle cap but do not remove the cap
This is a really well made and very functional little pump. The issue in a LOT of reviews with it being loose stems from people removing the entire cap off the 5 gallon bottle. I did this on my first one and the pump was indeed a little loose and unstable. I remembered in the water coolers, the cap stays on and the water cooler punctures the cap in the center. There is a recessed spot in the cap under the paper label. I just took a clean big fat Phillips screwdriver and punctured the cap in the center and fed the little hose from the pump right down through it. With the cap still being on the pump fits perfectly over the cap and is very stable. The second thing I think is great is the fact it will run and pump with the charging cord plugged in. Most USB C devices will not work if they are plugged in to charge but this pump does. That means we can just leave it plugged in and never worry about it needing charged. For the price, the build quality is phenomenal. This is kitchen fixture quality. I just looked and it is now discounted down to $13 and I ordered another one just to have around. We use this to fill a Brita pitcher which we then dump in the Keurig coffee maker. I like the Brita to remove the minerals before the water goes through the coffee maker. We live in hurricane country and keep extra 5 gallon bottles of water in case of emergencies. We have some manual pumps for them but I am going to order another one of these just to keep with the emergency supplies. I think it will be useful to pump water out of other containers as well.

Good water pump for the money. No issues so far!
Works very well but it does not fit snuggly on the bottle neck. Have to be very delicate when pressing the power button to fill container. Other than that the water pump works great. Water flow is good for it's size and does not splash or cause a mess. So far the battery charge has lasted about 3 weeks and is still pumping water. There was no plastic smell when I opened the package and silicon tube had no smell or taste.

Works great!!
This dispenser is awesome! I was a little skeptical for how cheap it was but it works great. It has one button that keeps the water going until you press it again; the other button fills up about 2 liters worth then stops automatically. It doesn’t drip one drop after it dispenses so no need for a mat underneath it. It fits perfectly over the bottle opening as long as you have the blue bottle covers. And the battery life last a long time. We have gone almost 2 weeks without having to charge it up, and we use it everyday. Definitely worth getting if you need one!!

Cheap but works
I didn’t know what to expect, it’s held up for months. It’s functional, works well with 5gallon jug. Easy to assemble and charge.

Perfect for small space
This works so well. I keep it plugged in. It’s a really nice green color.

Almost Perfect but Still Great
The media could not be loaded. We live in a tiny house and don’t have space for a big dispenser. You know, the ones - you flip the jug of water upside down into them. This was a great option for us! I have two stackable water jugs and this little pump has been perfect. It charges up pretty quickly and the flow rate is pretty good.It does drip a little when you put the hose into a new full jug so I just put the cap underneath to catch maybe the two or three drips that come out.My only gripe is that it’s a noisy little bugger. But I guess that’s to be expected with a pump. I’d still get it again.
