Didn’t receive the whole package
I ordered a pack of 4 and received only one bottle. Still haven’t heard back regarding my refund or receiving the 3 missing bottles.However on the product itself, it was very easy to use. Instructions were clear and after 48 hours you can clearly see the colour or if it has changed. The only thing now is to get 3 more so I can check the taps that don’t have a water filter on.

It’s a decent home test.
It’s a good way to test your water at home. That’s not too expensive. My only complaint is that there should be slightly better instructions on how to interpret the results. They tell you that purple is good and yellow is bad, but what if you get something in between? The answer is that it’s still negative unless it turns yellow But they don’t really tell you that
