Sincreative red coffee maker
This is exactly what I wanted at a great price for such a well made product. It is compact so doesn’t hog the counter space. I use the adjustable cup “shelf” to raise the cup near the dispenser so it doesn’t splash. I never used a refillable k cup dispenser before but I gave this one a try and I love it. After a lot of cups of coffee, the webbing on the basket still looks like new, which amazes me. I thought it would get dingy and stained, but occasionally washing it with my other items by hand in Dawn detergent keeps it pristine. The frother is amazing. It even froths my almond milk which my steamer refused to do. If you want more liquid in your coffee, just add a little unfrothed milk/cream to your coffee. The color is a bright red, just perfect for my kitchen. So glad I chose this item.

Looks are not everything!
Bought this coffeemaker as a change from Keurig products. Should have stayed with a winner. Exactly for months ago, this coffeemaker arrived and worked well for three of those four months. Then it started overflowing, backing up, coffee pod exploding, coffee pod disintegrating, taking three attempts to get a six-ounce cup of coffee. Would not even donate this loser to charity; it’s in tomorrow’s trash. Waste of time and money.

Great little machine, with a couple of things to keep in mind...
Honestly a great coffee machine. I use the included pod for ground coffee, and it works great. The mesh is fine enough that there is very little silt at the bottom of my mug, and it cleans well. I don't have any problems with the unit splattering as some others have mentioned. I use the heater/frother every single time I brew for a bougie morning coffee experience. One drawback, however... No matter what setting I use it makes pretty much all foam, with very little standing milk in the container, so that's kind of a drawback for me. But if you like foam, it makes a lovely, dense foam. The fill lines are useless in my experience, because getting anywhere near those lines will make the unit spill over. The most I can fill it to is just barely to the top of the plastic on the spinner, but generally I will only fill to the top of the metal on it which isn't very much milk at all.A thing I should note here though is that the included instructions don't specify very much on how to clean out the frother unit. Soap and water yeah, but what does that even mean? The bottom of the frother reads not to put it in the dishwasher. Makes sense. But if you are like me and do your handwashing by submerging your dirty dishes in water to loosen up what might be caked on before getting at it with a sponge and rinsing clean... Don't do that with this frother attachment. Mine stopped working once I did this because I presume some water had made its way into the electricals via the bottom (which is screwed on, but not airtight come to find out). Started leaking water once I pulled it out from the sink, which should have been a red flag for me. Reached out to their customer support about this, and they could not/would not replace it. Offered me $30 to go get another one elsewhere, which sort of defeats a lot of the purpose of this machine for me. I eventually got it working by just unscrewing the bottom and letting it air out to dry for a day or so, so I lucked out there. Don't do like I did.For the most part, I really like this coffee machine. The only real drawbacks are 1.) it basically only makes foam and 2.) literally cannot go in water else you might ruin the frother, and customer support kind of sucks.

Really great coffee maker
It’s a great coffee pot with a “very small” foot print on your countertop. It does everything the larger ones do for half the cost. I’ve made my cappuccino everyday for a week now and have no complaints since I’ve figured out the “little kinks”. Hope my info will help to convince a purchase of this really nice coffee maker.**Brewing coffee… I use a 6-1/2” coffee tumbler to brew coffee-eliminates splashing. Usually make12 cups, get two 6oz cups with great froth. Make sure u press Kcup hard to puncture before inserting.**Frothing milk… (1) will not work if you press..”short touch” means “very lite tap” (2) Poor design: frother base must be level to make perfect contact with element in coffee maker. I simply prop mine up. (3) Not explained that blenders are removable by easily pulling straight up, choco blender conveniently stored under top lid.(4) To prevent overflow of milk, don’t use max level for cappuccino cover only to top of spring. Latte can probably fill to max but experiment. Blender under lid will not produce froth.(5) When cleaning milk frother container, remember to remove blender from bottom, makes cleaning much easier. Be careful not to get bottom wet (wish it was a sealed unit), but it’s still very easy to clean.

My milk brother won’t frothing work! Updated!! Excellent customer service!!
This coffee maker is cute and easy to use and clean. As for the coffee making function it’s great!! HOWEVER; I chose this coffee maker for the fact that it came with an easy frother but it doesn’t froth! I’m really sad. It did it once so I know it can but it simply refuses to do it again. It warms my milk but doesn’t froth. I’m hoping the seller will assist me with this problem. What the froth?! To be continued.UPDATE: After communicating with the company through Amazon, they were VERY quick to assist in a replacement of the coffee maker to ensure I had a working frother. I am very happy with their response time and am enjoying many easy to produce cups of coffee with delicious frothed milk. I prefer to use the ground coffee as I feel terrible using the K-cups. I have no way to recycle them. It is a fantastic little machine. I am very happy. One comment as to why not 5 stars; the bright blue color is very hard to keep clean, but I figured it would be and chose it anyway. But as a heads up to others, it doesn't stay pretty bright blue for long. It becomes bright but with coffee splatters; sign of a well loved machine.

Messy
If your cup is at the bottom, it makes an absolute mess everywhere splashing coffee. You need to use the height adjustments to prevent this. They almost need a spout or something. I'm not sure. Just didn't expect it to be so messy. Plastic seems pretty cheap. So I'd say it's overpriced considering what they made it out of. I just wanted the dual function of grounds and k-cup. so it works for that.
