I ordered this pumpkin and a large pumpkin. I had a small issue with one of the pumpkins and their customer service department addressed the issue promptly with 100% satisfaction. These pumpkins are better than expected. They are made of a lightweight plastic, but when you look at them, it looks like that be a really heavy ceramic. very realistic looking, and they light up with a cord with one small nightlight lightbulb. Since they are on the pricey side I originally ordered one large 21 inch pumpkin and loved it so much. I bought another large one and a small one.

Everything arrived in perfect order and I am definitely happy with the final results! I love Halloween and these pumpkins will stay with me for decades. The jack-o-lanterns are durable, lightweight, and have either large holes in the base for larger pumpkins or a seep hole for the smaller ones allowing for rain drain-off. The electrical components are high on the back, well off the ground, and are protected within the interior. The cords off the pumpkins are not long, so I used two 3 Ft. extension cords, with 3 plugs for 6 pumpkins, into my 2 plug outdoor porch outlet. Even with a slight delivery hiccup, the seller personally communicated and made everything perfect! I highly recommend them, and loved their dedication to their small business! They were the best!!! Pumpkins are way over priced for what you get. There are plenty of other options that are similar quality but are much cheaper.

I have to say that I decided to keep it but it arrived with some of the orange paint off of it. I sprayed it with clear paint to keep it from further degradation.

I love that it lights up and can be plugged in. The face is so cute. However it was shipped in a bag, and l think the carrier dropped it and it was damaged easy I see. I have Requested replacement and hope it arrives on time for the holiday.
