Not exactly what I needed, but a bit of sanding changed the situation.
I needed stubby bits with a round shank for my CNC and this was all I could find in the right size range. I initially tried the 1/4" bit as it was in the 1/4" collet, and I could drill a hole but sometimes with lots of vibration, as match-up of the grooves and lands was hit or miss. So, with a coarse disc on my grinder, I mounted each bit backwards in a drill, got both spinning, and rounded them up, checking consistency with a caliper. In a surprising short period, I had Stubby Round Shank HSS Drill Bits, which fit consistently in the collet and still drill nicely.Would rather buy exactly what I need, but, I'd buy these again if I can't easily find them.

Ok But Lack Quick Change Locking Shafts
Some reviews complain about drill length but overall length of 3 small drills is 1 7/16" as claimed on package & 2 larger drills are 1 5/8" long (longer than stated 1 9/16"). The 4th Amazon product listing photo shows drills out of package with grooved hex shafts used in locking hex chucks. Drills I received have plain hex shafts used in magnetic bit holders only (see my photo). The package claims "Impact Ready" & "Impact". Every cordless impact driver I've seen has a locking hex chuck & needs the turned groove to lock the bit. They fall out of my Makita impact driver & small Hitachi folding screwdriver/drill (which I planned to use these drills in tight spots) since they lack magnetic bit holders. They can be held in a my standard right angle drill chuck or flexible cable magnetic drill extension. I've looked at the drills with a 4X loupe & they are sharpened & relieved pretty well & the split 135 degree point is symmetrical. I'm writing these review before using because I wanted to emphasize the lack of quick shank if important. Will change rating if drills don't perform well. I have other standard round shank stub drill bits that usually run truer than hex bits but bought these they were on sale & can foresee a need for them.

Not good for drilling in steel
I was using these to drill into a broken exhaust manifold bolt that happens to be in a very tight spot for drilling. Both the 1/8 and 3/16 bits broke, and barely even scratched the surface of the broken bolt. I was also using a drill guide, so I was not pushing all that hard. Might be fine for aluminum or wood, but definitely not stout enough for steel.

I gave 'em away
I bought these bits to use on a little machining project. My friend, who knows his way around a machine shop, loaned me his milling machine, and showed me how the 3/32" bit from this set had no runout (i.e, was perfectly straight). I used the 3/32" bit to drill maybe 30 holes in brass, and it worked perfectly. My friend admired this set of bits so much, I gave them to him as a thank-you.

Shorter than advertised. Which is good for me.
Full disclosure: I just got these, so I haven't used them yet. I need to drill a hole in a real tight spot so I ordered these. They appear to be nice quality. Even though the part number is the same 2320, the ones I received are shorter that what is shown on the pictures, which I like, and will allow me to maneuver in the small space where I need to drill this hole. I will use this with a right angle drill or right angle flex head.

Very sharp, but largest shattered instantly
I needed to drill a hardened bolt out of a space with low clearance. Using cutting oil, I started with the 2nd smallest bit and worked my way up: very sharp, impressed. However, I switched to the largest bit to finish and it shattered -instantly- on the first pull of the trigger, quite glad I had my safety glasses on. Very obviously a manufacturing defect. I have never seen a drill bit shatter so fast. The other bits were hard and sharp enough that I was finally able to gouge out enough steel to break the bolt.Pros: Very nice hard and sharp bits.Cons: Largest bit was defective and shattered instantly upon its first contact with metal. Plastic holder's holes were too large and 3 of the bits just fell out. Fixed with a heat gun to be usable. Conclusion: The bits that weren't defective were so good that I'm buying another set. Hopefully, the large bit lasts this time.

Seems durable. The stubby bit size is welcome.
I needed stubby bits for fast predrilling in sheet metal and corrugated roofing. These have done the job so far.I'm the type of person who returns a year or more later to update, so I'll be back.Things have to last, or they're not worth any money at all.

Nice for small holes in tight places
It's hard to find a lot to say about drill bits, but I am very satisfied with these. I use them in conjunction with the Milescraft 90 degree tool which I also bought. They are straight and true and seem to be made of good quality steel, at least they are still sharp after a few uses. Only the larger sizes are long enough to go through a 2x4 or other "2 by" lumber, which is usually what most people are making a hole in when they are in a tight space. But they are for metal, I also bought the set for wood which is good for "2 by" lumber in all sizes.I don't have a specific use for these in mind, I'm sure that somewhere along the way I'll run into a piece of metal in a tight place that needs a hole in it.

Nice and short
Pleased with these. Purchased for my work as a motorcycle technician to use mainly with right angled drill to reduce the space needed to operate the tool. These are nice and short and work well. Metric would be preferable but imperial will do

The hex shanks I was expecting from this set of bits. Milescraft 2324 1/4-Inch Standard Point Stubby Bit for Metal/General Purpose Drilling The hex shanks I actually received with this drill bit set. Milescraft 2302 1/8-Inch Brad Point Stubby Bits for Wood Drilling I can still use the bits without the detents on the hex shanks but I hope Amazon updates the pictures on this item. Good Bits.
Fits nice tight spaces.I use it with "DEWALT Right Angle Attachment - Impact Ready (DWARA120)" and it's a real great tool.

Good for really tight spaces...
Used in conjunction with Dewalt's DWARA 100 right angle adapter these stubby drills fit the hexagonal chuck of the Dewalt adapter perfectly and will get you in really tight spaces. Very happy with my purchase.
