Works great after rhinoplasty
This is a wonderful product to use after rhinoplasty. You don't have to keep re-taping your face and going through a ton gauze. Just throw this on and you're good to go. They are a little pricey but worth it for the convenience. I read reviews about the gauze not being sanitary, and it does say that on the package. So, I just taped a piece of sterile gauze around the pad and it worked nicely. This also helped to soften the stiffness of the original pad.You do have to be careful with placement of the pad under your nose, it can be tight and hit the stitches. Just roll it down a bit and it's perfectly comfortable. These were awesome and I highly recommend them.

Works much better than gauze and tape
Great idea and execution to help with nose healing after septoplasty surgery. Does away with gauze and tape thus saving your skin!

Great for after septorhinoplasty!!!
Absorbent, comfortable … Life saver during after my nose surgery! Love how I could just tuck behind my ears and not have to tie around my head.

Excellent for use after a rhinoplasty/septoplasty/septorhinplasty
Pros- Excellent mustache dressing alternative compared to using medical tape and gauze- If your head is slightly big, you can cut the seams a bit for a perfect fit- Extremely comfortableCons- Price- Non-sterile, for $25 I'd really have expected these to be sterile- Package is not sealed, instead is ziplocked, so was worried even more about them using non-sterile gauze particularly because they sit to the stitches under your nose.If they fixed the above cons, even at the same price, they'd be 5 stars easily

It really works.
I had surgery and was given a small package containing gauze and tape. I was told to change the dressing as often as needed and to be careful removing the tape because it would cause skin irritation . My wife found the nose bandage on Amazon and ordered a pack. They stretch a little and the part that go’s around your ears can be cut for a longer stretch. Wearing a mask with it on to the doctors office nobody could see the bandage. When I took the mask off, the doctor and staff were amazed. On my follow up appointment he told me he ordered them to give to his patients. Great product.
