Hello i have been trying to get ahold of someone on Amazon and your Instagram for months now. I bought a lumee two back In April, at first it would not stay lit longer than 10 seconds, I was charging it every hour. So I haven’t got to use it much, I pulled it out of the case again to use on my cruise and the charging port is faulty and you can hear something inside rattling now. I think a piece of the charger port broke off. Your case says a 1 year warranty guaranteed. How do I go about making this happen? The amazon purchase is through your verified manufacturer

It goes off when I am doing business videos, so that's little embarrassing ( I was informed by LuMee support that the LuMee two goes off after 5 minutes to conserve the battery.) I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars because I really do like it and I will just keep in mind that the light goes off in 5 minutes. It also DOES fit my iPhone 7 plus. I don't know where people are getting that it doesn't fit. Maybe they're getting shipped the wrong size case. I think this is a great way to make videos in darker areas and pics turn out so much better.

I was initially hesitant to purchase this case because it was used and the description stated that it might have some imperfections. However, I took the chance since it was $6.72, I am so glad I decided to purchase this. It arrived in good condition (well packed), and it is in great used condition; beats paying full price. The case feels sturdy and protective; takes some efforts to put in, but not a big deal. Overall I’m quite impressed and I hope this case will hold up well.

Still too big and hard to get the phone in and out. But it does what it is advertised to do. It would be better if the light would be on both front and back. People like the way it looks until the pick it up and then complain that it is too heavy. But I like it and I am happy with my purchase.The light lasts forever and it is bright enough to light the room

Works perfectly fine, but the lighting is soft white (kind of yellow) I was looking for a bright white. Super difficult to take the case off the phone. Battery life is pretty impressive.

I love this case! It’s the perfect light when you’re out in dark places and gives you this look like you have your own camera crew. I’ve had one before and the only thing, I don’t like on this one is the fact I can’t change the lights to blink. It’s just brighter or dimmer, one steady light. Other than that, it’s perfect.

I thought this one illuminated both sides, but it’s only for selfie illumination. I wish I would have bought a different version or different one so I could have both sides illuminated

The product was as described for the most part. However, I feel that the case is very difficult to get on and off of your telephone as its so tight. i actually felt I would damage my phone removing it. Its also too thick and blocks wireless charging capabilities. Finally the light is bright and does the trick but overall people make fun of the phone case because of its chunky size.

It was a gift for my daughter and she is enjoying it!

So in love with my LuMeee case. It's so protective and yes the light works and it's bright and can be dimmed. Perfect for taking pics in the dark.

I have arthritis in my hand and at times this case makes my hand hurt, but it’s so helpful.
