My kids play sports and from time to time get an injury and these have been amazing to help with pain relief and healing. Another parent had recommended them to me. I am sad I can't find them anymore. I was able to find an ointment but it's not the same. I feel like the ointment doesn't last as long.

Since I started using these patches, I no longer use the lidocaine ones. I can apply multiples in different areas of the body, they adhere well to the body and work fairly fast. It also, does not have that really cold feeling when applying them to the skin.

These patches are so much better than the brands in chain pharmacies. I often cut one in half and apply to each shoulder/upper trap. The patch stays put and provides a cooling relief for hours. The only negative is that if you use them too frequently, the adhesive can dry out your skin.

I began using these a couple of months ago. I use them daily and they seem to help, some. I'll continue using.

I am a runner and have some tendonitis in my ankle. The patches definitely relieve some of the pain. They work better than I expected and I plan to purchase more of them.
